Actress Drew Barrymore, 47, has captured the attention of the internet after posting a joyful video in the rain. 

Sharing the clip on Twitter, the actress can be seen laughing as rain pours down onto her face. 

Giggling and turning her face towards the sky, Drew looked carefree and happy.

“Whenever you can, go out in the rain,” she says.

“Do not miss the opportunity!” 

Twitter users shared the video around, with Blaire writing: “sending the drew barrymore in the rain video to my therapist and saying “this is what I want”.”

SpookyCutie added: “y’all mind if i embody the pure childlike spirit of drew barrymore and enter this week with gratitude + whimsy?”

The star looked overjoyed as she stood in the rain
