Emily Ratajkowski jokes she likes 'ugly men' amid split rumours from husband
Emily Ratajkowski appeared to jokingly insult her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard in a TikTok video amid rumours the couple have split up.
The actress and model, who rose to fame after appearing in Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines music video, was reported to be preparing to divorce her husband earlier this summer.
Unverified split rumours began when Emily was seen without her wedding ring, and a source later claimed to Page Six that Sebastian was ‘a serial cheater.’
Gone Girl actress Emily, 31, and film producer Sebastian, 41, have been married for four years and are parents to a one-year-old son, Sylvester Apollo Bear
Neither have commented publicly on the speculation their marriage has ended, however this week Emily raised eyebrows as she appeared to make a savage dig at the producer.
Taking to TikTok, Emily took part in a duet with another user, who had captioned their video: ‘When he think he’s a 10 because he pulled you but you like ugly men.’
The star then wrote in the comment section beside her video: ‘For legal reasons this is a joke.’
Despite the video being a ‘joke,’ and neither Emily nor Sebastian having commented on the rumours they have split up, many fans took Emily’s TikTok as being a dig at her husband.
‘Emily this is god tier breakup behaviour,’ one person wrote alongside a crown emoji – to the tune of 30,000 likes.
Brittany Furlan, wife of Tommy Lee, wrote: ‘YESSSS it’s ok babes we were all wondering how he bagged you,’ while influencer Holly Scarfone wrote simply: ‘Oh my godddd lol.’
Another jokingly replied that Emily was ‘the most charitable’ person, along with heart-eyes emojis.
Emily has been seen without her wedding ring – an enormous 5-carat rock – in recent weeks, including on TikToks and out on walks with her son.
The model happily marked her and Sebastian’s four-year anniversary back in March with a public post on Instagram, but notably did not publicly celebrate Father’s Day, which landed in June this year.
Emily and Sebastian were last seen out together in mid-June, while on holiday together in Italy where they appeared to be in good spirits.
They went public with their relationship in February 2018, after being in the same friend group for a number of years, and tied the knot just two weeks later surrounded by a small group of close friends and family.
The pair welcomed baby Sylvester in March 2021.
