Emily Ratajkowski Officially Files for Divorce From Sebastian Bear-McClard Amid Cheating Rumors

AceShowbiz –Emily Ratajkowski has officially pulled the plug on her marriage to Sebastian Bear-McClard. It was unveiled that the “Gone Girl” actress has filed for divorce from her husband amid rumors he cheated on her.

The 31-year-old beauty, who shares toddler son Sylvester Apollo Bear with her now-ex, submitted the papers to Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, September 8. She added that the divorce is being contested, meaning there are issues to be litigated.

Rumors about Emily’s split from Sebastian emerged in July. “Yeah, he cheated,” an unnamed source close to the model revealed to the publication. “He’s a serial cheater. It’s gross. He’s a dog.”

Adding fuel to the split speculation, Emily was spotted ditching her wedding ring when taking a stroll around New York City with the couple’s baby boy a few days earlier.

It was also said that Emily and Sebastian had already sold their Los Angeles home for around $2.4 million. On August 31, the catwalk beauty was pictured in Manhattan moving out of the home she shared with her now-estranged husband.

Emily finally confirmed her single status on September 6. Taking to her TikTok account, she opened up on the way society talks about “dating” and finding a partner and how she sees it after her split.

“Under a patriarchy, there’s this premise of men ‘getting women,’ ‘getting them,’ ‘pulling them’ like there’s something to possess,” the mom of one said in the video. “As a recently single person who is thinking about dating and stuff, I’ve really seen that with my friends and with the conversations around it.”

Emily also noted that certain conversations should instead focus on a “reciprocal mutual relationship where two people could potentially foster love.” She continued, “That’s why we don’t have a lot of love in cis-hetero relationships.”
