EXCLUSIVE: Cher, 76, shows off the diamond sparkler she got from toy boy Alexander ‘A.E.’ Edwards, 37, during LA outing – months after the ring sparked engagement rumors

Cher showed off the diamond ring she was gifted by her much younger boyfriend Alexander ‘A.E.’ Edwards during an outing in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The legendary musician, 76, styled the massive rock with flared blue jeans, an army green windbreaker and stylish snakeskin boots.

She first rocked the sparkler in a photo shared to Twitter on New Year’s Eve, which showed her getting a kiss on the cheek from her toy boy, 37.

The pair went public with their age-gap romance in November and just recently made their red carpet debut.

Alexander revealed earlier this month that he and Cher have already met each other’s children and they are reportedly working on music together.

The Believe hitmaker was joined by an unidentified female on Thursday, who was captured adjusting the mask on Cher’s face.

Cher peered over a pair of large sunglasses and she carried a black leather purse.

She and her female friend strolled through a parking structure toward a nearby building.

Alexander presented Cher with the ring on December 25, which she eagerly shared a picture of to Twitter.

‘THERE R NO WORDS, ALEXANDER, A.E’ tweeted the I Got You Babe singer, who showed the diamond ring in its box. 

This soon sparked rumors that the couple had gotten engaged.

But a source told PEOPLE that although Cher and Alexander are ‘very much in love,’ they are taking things slowly.

‘They’re not talking marriage or anything like that, but they are exclusive and serious,’ the insider dished.

Cher’s LA errand run comes exactly one week after she and the handsome music producer attended the star-studded Versace fashion show.

They mingled with the likes of Miley Cyrus and actress Lily James during the event.

Cher and Alexander put on a PDA-packed display for the cameras and even shared some kisses on the red carpet.

The Strong Enough songstress previously spoke about their unlikely romance during an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show in December.

Specifically, she addressed the pair’s 39 year age difference.

‘Well, on paper it’s kind of ridiculous,’ Cher admitted, ‘but in real life we get along great. He’s fabulous and I don’t give men qualities that they don’t deserve.’

She then gushed over her new beau: ‘He’s very smart, he’s very talented and he’s really funny so — and I think he’s quite handsome.’

The Grammy Award-winner noted: ‘If I hadn’t met younger men in my life, I would have never had a date, because older men just didn’t like me all that much, do you know what I mean?’

She revealed that she once had ‘a couple boyfriends’ in her age group but she felt that ‘they just didn’t like me for some reason.’

Earlier this month, Alexander revealed to TMZ that he and Cher recently took a big step in their relationship by meeting each other’s children.

Cher has two sons Chaz Bono, 54, and Elijah Blue Allman, 46, who Alexander referred to as ‘my guys.’

He then gushed over how ‘amazing’ Cher is with his three-year-old son Slash Electric, whom he shares with ex Amber Rose, 39.

When he was asked what made him fall in love with the singing sensation, he replied: ‘Just Cher being Cher.’ 

Cher shares Chaz with her late ex-husband singer Sonny Bono, who passed in 1998. The duo were married from 1964 until 1975.

She shares Elijah with her second late ex-husband Gregg Allman, whom she wed in 1975, and divorced in 1979.
