EXCLUSIVE Love Island's Paige Thorne is suing Forever Unique
EXCLUSIVE Love Island’s Paige Thorne is taking legal action against Forever Unique after signing a massive six-figure deal with the fashion brand owned by RHOCH’s Seema Malhotra
Paige Thorne is suing global fashion brand Forever Unique after signing a huge six-figure deal six months ago, MailOnline can reveal.
The Love Island star, 24, who narrowly missed out on the ITV2 final last summer, is taking legal action against the clothing brand, which is owned by Real Housewives of Cheshire star Seema Malhotra, due to an alleged breach of contract.
The former paramedic, who boasts 1.5 million Instagram followers, hasn’t shared an affiliated post with the brand this year.
This was Paige’s first collaboration since leaving the ITV villa with then boyfriend Adam Collard, 26, and she released a 40 piece-collection for party season in October.
She flew to Rome to shoot the exclusive campaign which included staple looks inspired by Paige’s girly aesthetic.

MailOnline has contacted Paige’s and Forever Unique’s spokesperson for comment.
After signing the partnership, Paige said: ‘This is a real pinch me moment, I can’t believe I have my very own collection with a brand I’ve loved for years!’
Forever Unique prides itself as a high-quality and style-led fashion label which has said to have attracted Paige to the deal.
She added: ‘I love that Forever Unique offers wardrobe staples that last a lifetime. I wanted my collection to be a considered purchase, using high quality materials and taking me out of my comfort zone.’
Seema said at the time: ‘We are beyond excited to announce Paige as our latest celebrity signing!
‘We were drawn to Paige immediately in the villa and love what she stands for as a strong, independent and driven female.
‘She knows what she wants and that is at the core of our ethos as a brand. The new collection has been designed to make a statement and I can’t wait for you all to see it.’
It comes as Paige’s former co-star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, who won last year’s Love Island, is taking legal action against clothing brand Oh Polly after she was dropped less than six months after signing the ‘biggest clothing deal in Love Island history’.

Finding fame: After signing the original partnership, Paige said: ‘This is a real pinch me moment, I can’t believe I have my very own collection with a brand I’ve loved for years!’
The reality star signed a £1million contract following the ITV show and launched just one 16-piece collection which is now being sold off by the brand at reduced prices.
An insider said: ‘Both the brand and Ekin have been left disappointed and there is now a dispute over money owed on the lucrative contract.’
A source told MailOnline at the time that the partnership, which saw Ekin-Su launch her first ever collection last October followed by a massive launch party, ‘wasn’t working’ and the Dancing On Ice star’s range struggled to appeal to Oh Polly’s customer base.
‘Ekin-Su and Oh Polly have parted ways,’ an insider revealed.
‘It’s complicated right now, and Ekin-Su won’t be publicly commenting on the end of her working relationship with the brand but there will be no further collaborations.’
Paige and Ekin-Su’s former co-stars Gemma Owen and Indiyah Polak also landed brand deals with PrettyLittleThing.
Tasha Ghouri became the brand ambassador for Love Island sponsor eBay.
