Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at more than 20 female celebs who’ve stepped out with lengthy body hair over the years, starting with America’s Sweetheart… Julia Roberts famously raised her arm to reveal a swath of lengthy armpit hair during the London premiere of “Notting Hill” in 1999. Nearly two decades later, the Oscar winner admitted it was a total accident: “I just hadn’t really calculated my sleeve length and the waving and how those two things would go together and reveal personal things about me,” she told Busy Philipps on the “Girls5eva” star’s short-lived talk show, adding that she wasn’t trying to make “a statement” about women and body hair.
