Geri Horner shares pics of lookalike daughter Bluebell to celebrate her 17th birthday

Geri Horner has shared a sweet tribute to her daughter Bluebell on Instagram to celebrate her 17th birthday, which fell on 14 May.

The Spice Girls star, 50, took to social media on Sunday to wish her daughter well and expressed how proud she is of her in a message alongside a number of photographs.

"Happy Birthday Bluebell, 17 today! We are so proud of you. We love you Blue! Xx," the doting mum of two penned, alongside three snaps of her eldest child.

The first photo showed Geri and Bluebell smiling together, with the duo looking strikingly similar, while a second snap showed Bluebell posing back when she was a young child.

The final photograph included in Geri's post showed the Spice Girls star carrying her daughter on her shoulders when she was younger.

The snap shows Geri without her signature ginger hair colour, having dyed in bright blonde, while Bluebell sits on her shoulders sporting a pair of quirky pink sunglasses.

Bluebell, whose father is screenwriter Sacha Gervasi, was inundated with birthday messages from Geri's celebrity pals and fans online.

"Wow 17 Happy Birthday Bluebell @therealgerihalliwell," former footballer David Beckham wrote.

Fellow Spice Girls star Emma Bunton said: "Happy birthday beautiful girl. Love you lots. Xx," while celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay said: "Happy birthday Bluebell @therealgerihalliwell," with three red heart emojis.

Alexandra Burke added: "Happy birthday beautiful one xxx," and Leigh Francis, AKA Keith Lemon, penned: "Happy birthday!"

Bear Grylls commented: "Dream team!" while actor Archie Madekwe said: "Happy birthday Bluebell," with heart emojis.

Geri welcomed daughter Bluebell, whose godmothers are Victoria Beckham and Emma Bunton, in May 2006 with former boyfriend Sacha Gervasi.

She began dating the screenwriter and director, best known for films such as The Terminal and Hitchcock, in 2005, but their romance was short-lived and they split after six weeks.

Sacha is now married to wedding theatre director Jessica de Rothschild, while Geri wed Red Bull Racing Formula One principal Christian Horner in May 2015.

Geri and Christian, 49, welcomed their first child, Montague George Hector Horner, known as Monty, in January 2017.

Christian is also father to daughter Olivia, nine, who he shares with his his former partner Beverley Allen.
