Gillian McKeith was a surprise late entrant in scenes that aired in last night’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! South Africa.

Having been in the jungle for around 24 hours, she is already complaining about life in camp.

The holistic nutritionist told viewers on the show that her new quarters were not up to scratch, which will be broadcast in tonight’s instalment.

Talking to the camera, Gillian said: “The long drop, it’s disgusting. The toilet roll is saturated. It’s nauseating.”

During a conversation with co-camper Helen Flanagan, she continued: “There’s people ‘widdling’ on the seat.

“We’re going to have to talk to them. There’s going to have to be a discussion about this. It’s embarrassing, it’s disgusting.

“What if you sit on the seat and there’s the residue of someone before?”

Gillian has her place in the I’m A Celeb hall of fame after previously fainting during a Bushtucker Trial the first time around.

Due to her very dramatic reactions, the British public voted for her time and time again. Her most iconic moment was during the School Dinners trial of the 2010 season.

Shaun Ryder is also featuring in this year’s All Stars season, and viewers might remember the pair didn’t get along too well.

When Gillian shocked the rest of camp with her arrival, Shaun said: “Gillian came out of a box. I was very surprised. I probably could have done without it being Gillian, yeah.”

It was later revealed that the pair were to work together to take on the first Chest Challenge of the series, in a bid to win a treat for camp.

Discussing the frosty relationship between them, Gillian said: “I have no idea how Shaun and I are going to get along.”

As the pair exited camp, former model Janice Dickinson could be heard saying: “That could be World War 3!”

I’m A Celeb viewers will be gripped to their chairs as they see whether Gillian’s reactions will rub Shaun the wrong way after being partnered up this evening.
