Harry Styles amused after chicken nuggets are THROWN at him during gig

Who threw the chicken nugget? Chuckling Harry Styles stops Madison Square Garden gig to ask who threw their dinner at him!

Harry Styles was left chuckling during his Madison Square Garden gig on Saturday after a fan pelted chicken nuggets at him.

The Golden hitmaker, 28, looked bemused as he knelt down onstage to pick up the breaded meat piece and asked the audience: ‘Is this a chicken nugget?!’

He then held the nugget aloft before saying: ‘Interesting, very interesting approach’ and adding: ‘Who threw the chicken nugget? It’s another chicken nugget’ as another was thrown onto the stage.

You’re so Golden: Harry Styles was left chuckling during his Madison Square Garden gig on Saturday after a fan pelted chicken nuggets at him

Despite fan pleas for him to eat the chicken, he responded: ‘I don’t eat chicken, sorry. I don’t eat meat.’

Finding the fan who chucked the food Harry said: ‘There you go, you can have your nugget back.

‘First of all, this is cold and I’m assuming very old.’

Asking the fan if they would like the nugget back, with the fan responding ‘yes’, Harry retorts: ‘You want it back? Why?’

The singer then threw the food back and said: ‘Alright, here you go. Don’t eat it.’

‘Oh now it’s on the floor, we will get you another nugget, OK? Fear not.’

Harry’s gig comes amid his girlfriend Olivia Wilde’s ongoing drama over the exit of Shia LaBeouf from Don’t Worry Darling – who Harry replaced in the film.

In a leaked video which emerged on Friday, Olivia can be heard saying that Florence Pugh should have a ‘wake-up call’ fueling rumors of major drama behind the scenes of Don’t Worry Darling.

They’re loving it: Fans took to Twitter in the wake of the hilarious incident

The video was leaked after Shia refuted Wilde’s claim that he had been fired from the project, and in the footage Wilde, 38, can be heard encouraging LaBeouf to stay signed on to the film, rather than leave it, while also hinting at some apparent tension with Pugh, 26.

‘Shia, Shia, Shia…,’ Wilde begins playfully in the video, which she appears to have recorded while driving. ‘I just went riding with my horse, [I’m] very sweaty, but I wanted to reach out because I feel like I’m not ready to give up on this yet.’

Seemingly referencing Pugh, who she calls ‘Miss Flo,’ Wilde continues: ‘And, I too am heartbroken, and I want to figure this out. You know, I think this might be a bit of a wake-up call for Miss Flo.’

‘And I wanna know if you’re open to giving this a shot, with me. With us. If [Florence] really commits, if she really puts her mind and heart into it, at this point.’

Wilde concludes her plea to the actor, saying: ‘And if you guys can make peace, and I respect your point of view, and I respect hers, if you guys can do it – what do you think? Is there hope? Will you let me know?’

The video seems to contradict her comments to Variety that LaBeouf was let go from the film due to his ‘combative energy.’

It also comes as TheWrap reported Friday that Pugh will only do one main piece of press to promote Wilde’s second feature as a director, suggesting the British star is distancing herself from the film.

‘Florence has been in Budapest filming Dune 2 and before that filming [Christopher Nolan’s] Oppenheimer,’ Pugh’s rep told the publication, adding: ‘She will be in Venice for the premiere coming off a night shoot in Budapest.’

The report adds that as it stands, the Venice Film Festival is set to be the only red carpet and press conference that Pugh is expected to attend.

‘She’ll be doing greetings for us from the set of Dune because she’s not doing press,’ a New Line Cinema executive added to The Wrap.

It comes after PageSix reported last month that Wilde and Pugh had fallen out over the director’s romance with Harry, who stars alongside Pugh in the film.

Meanwhile, further drama was fueled on Friday when Shia LaBeouf denied Olivia’s claims that he was fired from her movie due to his ‘combative energy’ and has instead insisted that he quit the project.

Earlier this week, Wilde gave an interview to Variety where she said LaBeouf’s process was ‘not conducive to the ethos that I demand in my productions’ after the role was ultimately recast with her now-boyfriend Styles.

Styles, 28, plays the character Jack alongside main star Florence Pugh, who is said to have had some ‘tension’ with LaBeouf.

However, LaBeouf, 36, has now supplied alleged evidence that refutes Wilde’s claims, including an email he sent to the director and a video that she sent to him, that was later leaked online, proving he walked away from the film.

LaBeouf claims he ‘quit the film due to lack of rehearsal time’ on August 17th in 2020, and forwarded Variety two emails that he claims he recently sent to Wilde.

In his messages to Wilde, LaBeouf states: ‘You and I both know the reasons for my exit. I quit your film because your actors and I couldn’t find time to rehearse.’

In the email, he references his troubled relationship with singer FKA Twigs, who has accused the actor of ‘sexual battery’ in a lawsuit, which he has denied, and also spoke of his daughter Isabel who he shares with partner Mia Goth.

Some studio sources have claimed to the publication that LaBeouf had been fired, while another said it was down to a ‘collective recognition that LaBeouf’s style of acting wasn’t a good fit for Wilde’s approach as a director.’

Variety reports that LaBeouf sent the publication screenshots of his conversations with Wilde, which claim they met in person to discuss his exit from the project.
