Helen Flanagan got tearful when she explained the family was celebrating her daughter’s birthday after she posted a photo of her ex-fiance Scott Sinclair with their little one.
The 32-year-old split from the professional footballer, 34, but the former couple continue to co-parent their three children – Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and two-year-old Charlie.
The ex-Corrie star admitted she couldn’t believe her middle child had already turned five as she shared a heartwarming throwback photo of her baby girl with Scott.
He could be seen crouching down as he held Delilah in his arms as the dad and daughter duo smiled for the photo.
Helen uploaded the snap to her Instagram stories and captioned the post: “How is our little girl five @scottsinclair.”

The actress shared several more photos over the years of Delilah from an infant until now with her one million followers, before posting a tearful update.
In the candid selfie, Helen could be seen with a single tear falling down her face and wrote: “Not overly emotional but I always cry when it’s my kid’s birthday, usually when the cake comes out.
“Crazy how much you love your babies.”
The I’m A Celeb All-Stars contestant later took to her social media account and shared a series of photos to mark her daughter’s birthday.

One photo showed Delilah holding birthday balloons while another saw her in a sweet embrace with her mum.
Helen captioned the post: “Happy 5th Birthday to my beautiful amazing baby Delilah. So proud to be your mummy, keep shining, always here to hold your hand. Love you more than anything.”
Social media users flooded the comment section with birthday wishes.
Elsewhere, the Weatherfield actress recently opened up about her home life and said her new single family life is working really well.
“I co-parent with my ex-fiancé Scott – we’ve got three children together, and we were together for 13 years,” she explained.
“My friends help me with the children, because I do work nearly every day. I have a friend and we’re a girl gang together – I’m not superwoman! So that works nicely at home.”
Speaking to the Independent, Helen added: “Scott’s living with his mum at the moment in Bristol, and my children are really close to their nana, so it works really well.
“My kids just have a really happy environment, with me and my friend at home, and then they have a really nice happy environment with their dad and their nana.”
