Holly Willoughby poses in towel in her ‘home salon’ as she dyes her hair
Holly Willoughby has shared a look at life behind her pristine This Morning image by sharing an image of herself wearing a towel as she dyed her hair to her Instagram stories.
The 41 year old mum-of-three showed off her stunning makeup free visage as the roots of her blonde hair were covered in hair dye and she added a clock gif to show that she was waiting for the dye to take.
The ITV presenter also showed off a deep golden tan from her recent summer holiday whilst she enjoys her eight-week break from presenting duties on the daytime show.
As she posed in her fluffy white towel, Holly, who is an ambassador for Garnier hair dye, showed off her diamond engagement and wedding rings, and she added the words "home salon" to the snap.
Holly's post came after she showed her support for her fellow This Morning presenter Alison Hammond who has been nominated for the TV presenter award at the upcoming National Television Awards (NTAs), however Holly herself was snubbed.
Not letting that get in the way of celebrating her friend, Holly reposted a reel from Alison's own Instagram account and wrote: “There is only one @alisonhammond55…come on babe!!!! This year is your year…Congratulations…love you!!! #NTA”
Alison herself said about her nomination: "Me being nominated for A NTA and believing my own Hype !!! Could this be the year Ant and Dec hand over the gong to me #dreams @officialntas Thanks to everyone who nominated me honestly over the moon."
Holly commented: "Yes Babe!!!!! This is your year!"
The NTAs will be held at the OVO Arena in Wembley on 15 September and it will be presented by Joel Dommett.
Last year Holly was shortlisted category for TV presenter but this year nominees are Alison Hammond, Ant and Dec, Bradley Walsh and Graham Norton.
There have been reports that Alison is scared of stepping on Holly's toes as Alison's popularity soars and ITV are said to be set on turning her into their new "Queen of TV".
Alison has achieved massive success presenting the Friday slot of This Morning, alongside co-host Dermot O'Leary , and she's tipped to present Big Brother when it arrives back onscreen next year at its new home of ITV.
A source told Closer magazine: “Alison is definitely ITV’s new queen of TV and while many are surprised Holly isn’t being lined up for the Big Brother job, it’s a no brainer to give it to Alison.
“She’s been really shocked to be this in demand at this point in her career and ITV are determined for her to become their next big star, and they want to strike while the iron is hot.”
