Indiyah is a good judge of character, if she trusts Dami we should too, says friend
Love Island beauty Indiyah Pollack is currently partnered up with Dami Hope, but it hasn’t been all plain sailing for the couple after the boys and the girls were tested by the antics of Casa Amor.
We saw the 23-year-old model bring back Deji Adeniyi, 25, after a few days away, while Dami, 26, opted to re-couple with bombshell Summer Botwe, 22. After coming head to head with Dami with the help of Laura Whitmore, Indiyah wowed the nation with her epic oneliner – “may the best heartbreaker win”.
But things seem to be back on track for the pair after Dami gave Indiyah a promise ring – despite choosing to snog Summer in the kiss, marry, pie challenge. Viewers have now also seen the pair take their intimacy to another level as Indiyah and Dami were chosen for a night of passion in The Hideaway.
And looking at everything they have overcome together, Indiyah's friend Chloe Nicole, 23, admits she “trusts” Indiyah’s instinct and therefore isn’t worried about Dami’s intentions with her friend.
“I think Indiyah does trust him; she's said multiple times on the show, so I do, too,” she shares with OK!, before adding whether she thinks she would get on with her friend’s potential boyfriend. “I think so, Indiyah has a good judgement of character so I think I would get along with him.”
When asked whether she thinks Indiyah is worried about new bombshells Nathalia and Lacey, Chloe admits: “Indiyah's a very confident girl, I don't think she's worried.”
Chloe says she has only been friends with Indiyah for a year after meeting at an event, but she says they became "best friends" instantly.
“Indiyah is a friendly and bubbly girl, she's very easy to get along with. We met at a fashion event last summer and we literally became friends," she reveals.
Chloe added that Indiyah came into her life at the perfect time saying: “I was really down at the time but she convinced me to come out and she really lifted my mood so much. I ended up having such a great time.
"Indiyah is definitely a friend that will always uplift you and make you happy when you’re down, I'm so grateful for that.”
And after watching her pal over the past four weeks, Chloe says she is doing “amazing” and is "destined for greatness".
“It's nice to see how much love and support she's received," she continues.
"Indiyah is easily a likeable person. She's genuine and lovely, I'm happy people have seen that and like her!”
Chloe concluded that she cannot wait to have a much-needed catch up with the star when she's out of the villa – hopefully after taking the crown!
