Jeremy Renner, 52, took to Instagram on Sunday to share an update with fans in a new Story post following his accident on New Year’s Day. In the short clip, the Hawkeye actor could be seen walking on an “anti-gravity treadmill” as part of his physical therapy sessions.
Jeremy could be heard conversing with AfterPlay Entertainment founder Les Garland as he kept walking at a steady pace on the state-of-the-art machine.
Les said: “That’s seriously cool. And you’re totally doing the walking motion.”
Jeremy added: “Correct, exactly. It’s 40 percent of my weight.”
Along with the video, Jeremy wrote the caption: “Now is the time for my body to rest and recover from my will.”

Jeremy was rushed to hospital with devastating injuries after being run over by his own snow plough on New Year’s Day.
The actor sustained blunt chest trauma and had broken more than 30 bones in the horror accident.
He was airlifted to hospital, and later revealed to be in critical but stable condition, and in a redacted Washoe County Sherrif’s Office report filed later that month, it was revealed that Jeremy was trying to help his nephew.
The Bourne Legacy star had reportedly been using the plough to pull his nephew’s truck out of the hefty snowfall following a blizzard in December.
The report, obtained by CNN, noted that the plough’s brake was not on and it began sliding towards Jeremy’s adult nephew.
In an attempt to stop it, the actor was pulled under the 6350kg vehicle and crushed, resulting in his severe injuries and lengthy hospital stay.
In February, Lost’s Evangeline Lily told The Independent that her friend and costar had defied all of her expectations when she visited his home.
She shared: “I expected to sit at his bedside and hold his hand, while he moaned and groaned in pain, and wasn’t able to move.”
However, the reality was vastly different: “He was wheeling himself around, laughing with his friends. It’s a miracle. It’s a straight-up miracle. He’s made of something really tough, that guy.”
