Buffett has reportedly been hard at work recording his 30th studio album titled Equal Strain on All Parts.
The singer is also famed for being an avid pilot, a prolific restaurateur, and a generous Democratic donor.
He turned his 1977 song Margaritaville into the Margaritaville Holdings empire, in which he holds a 28 per cent stake, worth an estimated $180 million.
Founded by Buffett in 1985, the company has grown from selling trinkets and t-shirts to offering resorts, restaurants, housing and more.
In 1998, Buffett launched Radio Margaritaville online and it was added to Sirius’s satellite.
Buffett’s assets now include an estimated $570 million from touring and recording, a music catalogue worth $50 million and $140 million tied up in planes, homes and shares in Berkshire Hathaway, according to Forbes.
In 2004 he became a country music sensation after partnering with Alan Jackson on It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere and was also awarded a Country Music Association Award.
It marked Buffett’s first award in his 30-year career recording music.
