Kate and William share incredible look into Kensington Palace home in BTS Coronation video
Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Prince and Princess of Wales have shared an incredible new video, allowing their fans a behind-the-scenes look into Kensington Palace as they readied themselves for the Coronation.
The couple's social media team have delivered the slick new clip, posted to YouTube, which saw them in their full Coronation outfits before they departed to Westminster Abbey.
The video shows some scenic pictures of London and Kensington Palace before cutting to the inside of a very regal looking room.
Kate and William's adorable youngest son, Prince Louis, five, is the first of the family to enter the clip, as he walked into the room looking pensive.
He was then joined by Princess Charlotte, eight, who looked beautiful in her custom-made Alexander McQueen cape dress and floral headpiece, that matched those worn by her mother, Kate.
The Wales' two youngest children could be seen beaming as they looked out of a window in a scene that is sure to capture the hearts of the nation.
Next, Kate could be seen entering the room, looking as elegant as ever in her Royal Victorian Order mantle and flower headpiece, before Prince William – heir to the throne – walked in wearing his Order of the Garter mantle.
The family – seemingly excluding Prince George, nine, who was a page for the King – were then seen exiting the Palace before being driven away.
As the music swelled, the video showed clips of the historic day, including crowds celebrating the Coronation and the many servicemen in their roles.
Prince William and Kate, and all three of their children, were then captured in their royal carriage as they made their way to the Abbey.
Over the video, Prince William was heard making his oath of allegiance to his father, King Charles, during the Coronation.
The words echoed those made by his grandfather, the late Prince Phillip, to the late Queen Elizabeth II during her coronation in 1953 – 70 years ago.
William's words were: "I, William, Prince of Wales, pledge my loyalty to you.
"And faith and truth I will bear unto you, as your liege man of life and limb, so help me God."
The Royal Family could then be seen standing on the balcony of Buckingham Palace as they waved to the adoring crowds below, following the official crowning of King Charles and Queen Camilla.
The video showed the King and Queen taking in the momentous moment, before cutting to the Prince and Princess of Wales doing the same.
It was also posted to Instagram, and royal fans rushed to comment.
"When Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis entered the room in their Coronation outfits what a beautiful photo, the excitement written over their faces said it all, said one.
"Some wonderful moments thank you," said another.
