Khloe Kardashian’s daughter True Thompson, four, is celebrating a major milestone.

The 38-year-old KUWTK alum revealed Tuesday that her and NBA star Tristan Thompson’s baby girl has lost her very firth tooth.

Taking to Instagram, Khloe had True show off her missing front tooth in a string of heavily-filtered Instagram Story clips.

‘I lost my tooth! I lost my teeth!’ sings True as Khloe attempts to hold her face still for the camera.

True then jokes that she also ‘lost her toe,’ which gets a laugh out of the Good American founder.

Khloe captioned the post, ‘she lost of her first tooth’ followed by a teary-eyed emoji and a red heart. 

The mother-daughter duo were hanging out in their home gym as they played around with a variety of holiday-themed Instagram filters.

True got a major kick out of one filter that placed a bright red Santa hat atop her head along with a little eyeliner and a soft focus blur.

The next one gave the little girl, who was clad in a black top and leggings, a pair of deer antlers decked out with holly and snow.

True also tried on a cartoonish reindeer filter that made her look like a Pixar character, before posing for a quick clip with mom Khloe.

Khloe – who welcomed her second child, a son, via surrogate in July – briefly paused the fun to plug one of her favorite pieces of workout equipment, the Hydrow Rower.

She has referred to the gym as a ‘form of therapy’ following years of devastating betrayals by her love rat ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

Last December, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Tristan – who has a history of cheating – had secretly fathered a child with fitness model Maralee Nichols.

It occurred in March 2021 while he was actively in a relationship with Khloe and exploring surrogacy with The Kardashians star.

He learned of Maralee’s pregnancy as early as July 2021 though he chose to keep it a secret from Khloe until DailyMail.com broke the paternity scandal in December of that year.

Maralee gave birth to son Theo, now one, on December 1. 

Tristan initially denied the child was his, though a paternity test in January revealed that he was in fact the father. He confirmed the news in an Instagram statement, which included an apology to Khloe.

Co-parenting: She shares True, as well as a newborn son, with NBA stat Tristan Thompson.

It was revealed last week that Tristan had finally reached a settlement in his ongoing paternity case with Maralee. The NBA player, 31, will pay $9,500 a month in child support as he is currently not contracted to a team and is not earning income.

Khloe and Tristan’s son – who is still unnamed – was born on July 28. Khloe had her older sister Kim Kardashian, 42, join her in the delivery room. Tristan later met their son at the hospital.

Khloe initially kept news of her and Tristan’s surrogacy a secret because she feared public ridicule. But the news leaked in July and the baby’s arrival was confirmed in August.

Earlier this month, Khloe did showcase on sweet seasonal onesie she bought ahead of her baby son’s first Christmas.

In a heartwarming snap she posted to her Insta Stories on Saturday, Khloe, 38, ran a hand over the onesie, showing off her Yuletide red nail polish.

The unisex onesie is currently on sale on the Children’s Place website for $9.18, down 60% from its original retail price of $22.05.
