Lydia Bright has the time of her life as she visits Carrie’s Sex and the City apartment
TOWIE star Lydia Bright was glowing as she visited the famous closet of Sex and the City icon Carrie Bradshaw.
The mum, 32, wore a flattering long white summer dress and a beige hat as she attended a star-studded preview event in London, celebrating Sex and the City.
Bright looked ecstatic as she posed for pictures at the event marking the second season of And Just Like That.
The HBO Sex and the City spin-off follows the adventures of the popular characters 25 years on from the original show.
Lydia, who is a mother to three-year-old Loretta, visited a replica of Carrie's Sex and the City apartment and happily posed with some of the character's well-known fur jackets.
Love Island star Samie Elishi, 22, was also present at the preview, joking on Instagram that she was in her "Carrie Bradshaw era" while posing in a pink fluffy fur coat.
It comes as Lydia Bright was forced to hit back after she was mum-shamed for allowing her young her young daughter to run on a sofa during an event.
The reality TV star shared a video on Instagram showing her three-year-old run across an L-shaped sofa, explaining that Loretta was feeling energised after taking a nap.
In the caption of the adorable clip, The Only Way Is Essex star wrote: "Yes, my kid is always that kid, but instead of trying to restrain her wonderful, wild ways, I let her be herself and be happy. I rarely attend events since becoming a mom, but this particular one was kid-friendly, and Loretta loved it."
After posting the video, Lydia revealed she had been flooded with mum-shaming comments questioning her decision to allow Loretta to stand on the sofa.
In response, Lydia defended herself, expressing her admiration for her daughter's extroverted personality and stating that she wouldn't discipline her child for being herself.
"Loretta is an extrovert. She is confident, energetic, and headstrong. I have chosen not to suppress these wonderful aspects of her character," Lydia explained.
"While I do discipline Loretta if she is rude or unkind, I don't discipline her for simply being herself. My motto is to worry less about what people think and focus more on what makes you and your child happy."
Lydia shares her daughter Loretta with her ex-boyfriend Lee Cronin, and despite their separation as a couple during Lydia's 11th week of pregnancy, they have been successfully co-parenting.
