Monday night’s Married At First Sight UK saw Thomas Hartley and fellow contestant April Banbury clashing at a couple’s retreat with him branding the former Miss UK ‘fake’.
Thomas, who is married to Adrian, and April, paired with with George, have struggled to get along since a previous dinner party where they both accused each other of talking about fellow newlywed Chanita behind her back.
And the latest row left the beauty once more in tears, only for fans to claim her crying was nothing but theatrics.

During the fiery exchange Thomas labelled April a ‘b**ch’ and a ‘liar’ before saying she was: ‘The fakest person here.’
He ranted: ‘It really f**ks me off that I have been made out to be a f**king liar because I am not a liar. My name has been dragged through the mud because of your lies.’
April then shock her head before dissolving into tears saying: ‘I would never… I’m not lying’

Fellow bride Whitney then jumped to her defence saying: ‘ [Thomas] that’s a big statement to make!’.
Only for him to continue: ‘She pulls this face and cries and all that bullsh*t. F**k you, bye bye’ – before storming off.
April continued to sob as her fellow diners attempted to comfort her, as she insisted: ‘I’m not a b*tch, I’m not.’

And a third penned: ‘April is a pageant girl, trained to put on a show and say the right things to everyone. Yes Thomas is messy but he is authentic. Can’t say the same for Miss GB / Madam April, that is a red flag.’
Others agreed adding ‘Can’t stand Thomas but April’s tearful acting is hilarious’.

The 33-year-old had already admitted she is in therapy following her marriage to divorced father-of-four George Roberts and was spotted in tears on Monday as she attempts to piece her life back together amid the public fallout.
She suggested that she split from the 40-year-old divorcee following allegations of his ‘abusive’, ‘obsessive’ and ‘manipulative’ behaviour by three former girlfriends.
Now MailOnline can reveal she has returned to her £750,000 apartment in south London – without ‘husband’ George.

April said she was unable to discuss the allegation of coercive behaviour made against Married At First Sight husband George Roberts when approached by MailOnline at her home on Monday.
But she appeared drained and upset by the fall-out of her failed ‘marriage’ that saw the couple tie the knot in the UK and then honeymoon in the Caribbean.
The reality star was also spotted in tears as she stepped out to run errands near her home, telling a concerned passerby: ‘I’m on the TV and it’s all got too much for me.’

The ‘weddings’ on the show are not legally binding, but see the couples make lifelong commitments to each other at a ceremony overseen by a wedding officiant.
In an Instagram post on Sunday night April told how she had sought respite from the reality TV show by going out with male friend Jose Luis.
She wrote: ‘A night off from MAFS switched for a night of glitz and glam pageant land with my Josephina ballerina @josek9999.’

And on Friday she suggested that her young marriage to George in two picture posts on Instagram, with the caption; ‘How it started vs how it’s going’.
The first picture showed the 2020 Ms Great Britain sitting cuddled up to a very tanned George on a sofa. The second picture showed her looking away as George starred at her angrily.
Over the weekend April went into further detail about the failure of her relationship with George.
Tension: on Friday she suggested that her young marriage to George in two picture posts on Instagram, with the caption; ‘How it started vs how it’s going’
She wrote: ‘The traumas that have been brought on from this show have made me re-evaluate things.
‘I really have and I’m not ashamed to admit, I have been seeing a therapist ever since.’
