Oh dear: Mariah Carey suffered a busty fashion fail as she stepped out in a racy mesh top in NYC with beau Bryan Tanaka on Monday
Mariah accessorized with chic shades, a leopard print coat and sported a rich palette of make-up, with her tresses worn in soft waves.
Bryan wore a leather jackey paired with a black tee, terracotta trousers and red trainers as he held his love’s hand.
Carey and Tanaka initially met in the mid-2000s and he accompanied her as a backup dancer during her Adventures of Mimi tour, which occurred in 2006.
Before she became involved with her on-again-off-again boyfriend, the performer was famously married to her first husband, music executive Tommy Mottola, 72, from 1993 until 1998.
Carey went on to begin a short-lived relationship with singer Luis Miguel that came to an end in 2001.

She later met Nick Cannon, 42, while working on a music video, and the two tied the knot in 2008 before they welcomed twins Monroe and Moroccan, 11, in 2011.
The former couple eventually separated and finalized their divorce in 2016.
The singer went on to become engaged to entrepreneur James Packer, although they ultimately went their separate ways.
Until recently Mariah was facing down a $20 million copyright lawsuit brought by a writer called Andy Stone who claimed her seasonal classic All I Want For Christmas Is You was ‘derivative’ of a song he wrote in 1989.
His song was also called All I Want For Christmas Is You, and although the music and lyrics are different he felt he should have the rights to the name.
However she can now breathe a sigh of relief as the plaintiff filed to dismiss his suit, according to court documents seen by Rolling Stone.
Mariah, who according to legend once had a concert rider stipulating she ‘doesn’t do stairs,’ is currently throwing herself into a typically chockablock holiday season.
Early next month she will be bringing her annual Christmas concerts first to the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto and then to New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Along with numbers from her two Christmas albums, Mariah will include some items ‘I’ve never performed live before,’ she dished to USA Today recently.
She hopes to ensure the performances are ‘as magical as possible,’ citing the affection she feels from her fans, whom she has taken to calling her ‘lambs.’
‘Oftentimes as a child, or even throughout earlier parts of my career, I did not feel loved,’ she confessed. ‘I certainly never felt unconditional love and that’s what I have with my fans: that connection. So I’m extremely excited.’
Further in the future, she and her old Precious director Lee Daniels are collaborating on a TV movie based on her 2020 memoir The Meaning Of Mariah Carey.
