Marsai Martin Wins YoungStars Award at BET Awards For Fourth Year in a Row!

Marsai Martin shows off her shiny new trophy at the 2022 BET Awards held at Microsoft Theater on Sunday (June 26) in Los Angeles.

The 17-year-old black-ish star picked up the YoungStars award for the fourth year in a row.

She has actually been nominated in the same category for a total of five times, and she’s won four of those. Congratulations!!

“No words (fr I lost my train of thought lmao) huge thanks to the entire team at @bet for the consistent love and support every year. No one celebrates black people and our culture the way that y’all do. ✨,” Marsai shared on Instagram the next morning.

Also in attendance were her black-ish co-star Miles Brown, Bel-Air‘s Jabari Banks, Coco Jones and Akira Akbar, Lightyear‘s Keke Palmer and King Richard‘s Saniyya Sidney, Daniele Lawson and Layla Crawford.

Miles, Akira and Saniyya were also nominated in the YoungStars category. Jabari was up for Best Actor and Coco was up for Best Actress, while King Richard picked up Best Movie. Congratulations to all the winners and nominees!

FYI: Marsai is wearing two Dolce&Gabbana looks. Jabari is wearing an AMI Alexandre Mattiussi suit, a Garçon Couture bow tie, custom made Pskaufman Footwear shoes, Kyle Chan Design earrings and a David Yurman ring and bracelet.
