Max George and Maisie Smith quash split rumours as they pack on PDA on flight

Max George and Maisie Smith have quashed any rumours of a split, packing on the PDA as they jet off for a romantic getaway.

Rumours of the pairs split began spreading after Maisie, 21, posted a cryptic TikTok that had fans worried they had called it quits.

The video appeared online just one day after Max, 36, attended the Pride of Britain Awards alone as Maisie, who is currently starring in Strictly Ballroom, had an evening show.

The former EastEnders star left fans concerned after posting a clip compiling several different shots of her crying to her personal TikTok account captioned: "Nothing but happiness these days."

Several other clips show the former Strictly Come Dancing contestant woefully wiping her tears, and cradling her dog for comfort.

On top of the video, Maisie wrote: "You didn't deserve me", followed by "at all".

However, it seems that this video was not directed at boyfriend Max, who today took to his Instagram Stories to share a clip of himself and Maisie on a plane.

"And we're off again," The Wanted star captioned the footage that showed him leaning in for a kiss from Maisie.

So while there may be rumours of split, Max has made it clear to his 356K Instagram followers, and his fellow flight passengers that this is not the case.

The pair's high-profile relationship has continued to make headlines as they show off their romance to their followers and fans.

Recently Maisie opened up to The Sun, saying that Max really knows her and accepts her for exactly who she is.

The Celebrity SAS star said: "He knows me entirely. There are no feelings that I’ve kept inside, which is a weight off my shoulders.

"It feels amazing to know that when someone loves you they know every bit about you — the good and the bad. That’s what love is really."

When asked if she loves him, Maisie smiled before responding: "Yeah, I do," before going on to share how max is "proud" of her.

The couple first went Instagram official with their relationship last month, after EastEnders star Maisie and her singer beau confirmed their relationship following weeks of speculation.
