Meghan Markle ‘ready for UK return’ after ‘validating’ welcome from public, expert says
Meghan Markle is reportedly “ready” to return to the UK two years after she and husband Prince Harry relocated to America.
In 2020, the married pair announced that they were stepping down as working royals and went on to move to the US. They currently live in Montecito, California, with their two children.
Harry, who turned 38 today today, and Meghan, 41, flew to the UK in early September to take part in a handful of charity commitments, but ended up having to extend their stay in light of Her Majesty the Queen’s passing.
In the days that have followed her death, both Meghan and Harry have taken part in several memorials and tributes to the Queen alongside other members of the Royal Family – estranged brother Prince William included.
Meghan appears to have since received a warm welcome from the British public, and is slowly repairing her strained relationship with the royals.
With this in mind, apparently the mum-of-two is considering relocating back to the UK where her eldest son Archie – who is now known as a Prince – was born.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, royal expert Neil Sean said: “Meghan was ready and willing to meet the public.
"She was terrified about how the public might perceive her particularly over here in the UK but all those fears were pushed away very quickly.”

"Meghan now feels validated because the British people do like her,” he went on.
"You can understand how this could be the case because there she is in a very delicate situation and there's the crowd happy to see her.
"For her now, what she really feels is that they are ready and willing to embrace their return at some point back to the UK.”
Noting her walkabout with her in-laws Prince William and Kate Middleton in Windsor last weekend, Neil added that the Duchess of Sussex has proved that “she is liked” and that both the British public and senior members of the Royal Family are ready to forgive her.
Fans were quick to celebrate the Sussexs reunion with the Prince and Princess of Wales and branded them as the ‘Fab Four’.
