While rocking a purple quarter-zip sweatshirt and matching skintight leggings, the 44-year-old actress looked somber while wearing minimal makeup and her hair pulled back in a low ponytail as she met up with a friend.
For her laid-back outing, the mother-of-two sported a pair of black sunglasses perched on top of her head, large hoop earrings, matching bracelets and a black Fendi handbag.

She also requested the judge terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to both parties and indicated she and Cory had a prenuptial agreement.
‘Pursuant to the parties’ Premarital Agreement, all assets and obligations of each party are her/his separate property,’ the document stated.
Tia is being represented by celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser.

It was a quote she had re-posted which read ‘Letting go can be painful. But, it won’t hurt as much as holding on to an illusion.’

Speaking about their marriage back in 2015, Tia told HuffPost Live that she and Cory ‘don’t put gender roles’ on their marriage.
‘We don’t put gender roles on our marriage and our relationship. If I’m working a lot and Cory’s home, he will put Cree to bed, and if dishes need to be washed, he will wash them,’ she said. ‘So it’s not like, “Oh, I’m going to wait until my wife gets home and she’s going to be doing all that.”‘
She also described the benefits a partnership has on her own dreams.
