Nicki Minaj Gets Diddy Involved in Her Twitter Feud With Yung Miami Over ‘Borrowed’ Catchphrase

The tension emerges after the ‘Super Freaky Girl’ femcee accuses the City Girls rapper of copying her ‘Queen Radio’ catchphrase in an upcoming episode of ‘Caresha Please’.

AceShowbiz –Nicki Minaj and Yung Miami were involved in a social media beef. The two hip-hop stars’ back-and-forth on Twitter only escalated when the “Anaconda” hitmaker dragged Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, who used to date Miami, into their feud.

The tension emerged after Miami teased on Wednesday, May 24 an upcoming episode of her Revolt talk show “Caresha Please” featuring Summer Walker. In the preview of the episode, the City Girls rapper could be seen saying, “Let’s get into something, chile!” which didn’t sit well with Minaj.

“*Hits @Diddy to advise him that a young lady on a show that appears on his network seems to have ‘borrowed’ a very popular #QueenRadio catch phrase*,” Nicki reacted to the preview. “Puff, who representing u these days chile? I got my s**t drafted in my HEAD B!CH @YungMiami305 talkin bout u got into some thangssss. Um chile, anyways, so…[laughing emojis].”

Upon catching wind of Minaj’s tweet, Miami clapped back, “Nicki @NICKIMINAJ what’s really the problem???” She added, “cause I definitely didn’t get that from you LOL [laughing emoji] ‘let’s get into some thing Chile’ actually is a gay slang Lmaooooo.”

Not backing down, the “Super Freaky Girl” femcee responded, “Caresha now you know damn well [laughing emojis] ‘gay slang” is the first go-to nowadays. Let’s discuss it on #QueenRadio chile. If not, I’m hittin Puff right now. You know he used to manage me right? Now it’s my man my man my man Puff what up? Hit my line chi @Diddy.” She also posted a Twitter poll with the message, “Talkin bout ‘gay slang’ caresha please! Let’s ask the gays ms B***h!!!! @YungMiami305.”

When Miami said that she’s “ready when you are Ms. b***h” to join Minaj on her “Queen Radio”, Minaj replied, “*stops typewriter* *Looks at the first legal draft* *rips it up* *Hears puff desperately calling my line* *Doesn’t answer* *gets my questions ready for Ms Caresha*”

Miami later noted, “Yeah I’m On my way to his house im Finna call you when I get there. Desperately??? It’s never giving that Nicki [four cry-laughing emojis] let’s be fr.” Diddy, meanwhile, has yet to comment on the social media fight.

This wasn’t the first time Minaj had tension with City Girls. Back in 2022, the Trinidadian star confronted Miami’s groupmate JT over an old diss song during an Instagram Live session. The two, however, insisted that they are cool with each other.

“Y’all so delusional EYE wanted to repeat the song I made in my car!” JT wrote at the time. “& we was LAUGHING the whole live like a phone convo…..we talked about literally everything & it was allll laughs.”

Minaj shared similar sentiment, saying, “Man f**k these DUDS, babe. Everyone on the live KNOWS how DOPE it was from beginning2end. We were havin fun, bein silly. It’s a lil freestyle she was actually MAKING UP OFF THE TOP OF HER HEAD IN HER CAR. Since yall keep tryin to pull her down, ima go MAD hard for her. WATCH.”
