Nicola Peltz rules out UK move as she talks raising kids with Brooklyn

Nicola Peltz, 28, and her beau Brooklyn Beckham, 24, tied the knot in April last year and she has now opened up about the possibility of expanding her family. The actress, who has starred in Bates Motel and Transformers, says husband Brooklyn “really wants kids now”.

However, Nicola is taking a pragmatic approach as the loved-up couple “need a house first” and she would like to do more in her career.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan UK, Nicola revealed whether she plans on raising her children in Los Angeles.

The heiress shared: “Honestly, we’ve talked about it so much.

“I think that we would want to definitely have a house [in Los Angeles] just because so much of our work is here.

“We did have a house in LA at one point, but we sold it because we were like, ‘Oh, we’re going to go to Florida for a while’.

“And then we’re like, ‘No, just kidding, we have to be in LA for work’.”

The couple sold their $11million Beverly Hills mansion ahead of their wedding and moved back into her bachelorette apartment where she lived prior to moving in with Brooklyn.

Reflecting on their living situation, Nicola said selling their marital home was “so silly” and added that they are now “saving up money to get our dream house”.

Seemingly ruling out any move back to Brooklyn’s home country, Nicola also revealed that the loved-up couple has been “looking at apartments” in New York, adding that they love the city “so much”.

This is not the first time that the newlyweds have opened up about their plans for the future.

In October 2022 Nicola revealed that she wants up to eight kids with Brooklyn as they both come from large families.

Nicola is one of eight siblings with six brothers: Brad, Will, Matthew, Diesel, Zachary, Gregory, and a sister named Brittany.

Brooklyn is the eldest of the Beckham clan and brother to Romeo, Cruz and Harper.

Speaking to The Sunday Times Style magazine, Nicola said: “He wants kids yesterday. I think in a couple of years.

“We definitely want a big family.”

When asked if she would have eight children, Nicola replied: “It’s a lot but… I don’t know.”
