Paula Abdul, 60, took to social media yesterday to respond to critics of her outfits by wearing a sparkly fairy mini dress that put her long legs on display. 

The singer could be seen in a short clip sweeping the dog droppings in her garden in the stunning gown, which she paired with some strappy heels.

To complete the all white outfit Paula added some matching gloves and some oversized sunglasses, with her hair glamorously styled in waves.

Paula paired the video with an audio that instructed her followers that “if there’s anything you should stop wearing after the age of 40, it’s the weight of  other people’s opinions”.
