Last Friday, just days before she and her husband Jim Toth would have celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary, Reese announced their split on Instagram.
When she surfaced this Thursday in Nashville , she could be seen having what appeared to be a serious conversation on the phone.
The 47-year-old movie star was Hamptons chic in a striped white and sky blue blouse and a pair of sleek white trousers.
Letting her signature flaxen hair flutter free in the breeze, she warded off the California rays with a pair of gleaming shades.

A source told People that it was ‘very difficult’ for the 47-year-old movie star to accept that she and her former partner, 52, were ‘two very different people.’
Someone close to the two noted that the ambitious producer ‘has her hand in a lot of pots’ and Toth ‘prefers less frenzy.’

Not only has Witherspoon recently starred in movies like Your Place Or Mine with Ashton Kutcher, she has worked on the Jennifer Garner series The Last Thing He Told Me, which is a thriller set in Sausalito, California.
