Erika Jayne shocked the other housewives when she defended herself for not handing over $750,000 diamond earrings she received from her estranged husband on Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills on Bravo.
The season 12 episode titled The Girl With The Diamond Earrings focused on Erika, 51, being criticized for her lack of sympathy over the earrings that disgraced lawyer Tom Girardi, 83, gifted her with money allegedly owed to his clients.
‘Until the judge decides, that’s it,’ Erika, 51, said of her decision to keep the jewelry.

‘I would give it up,’ Crystal Kung Minkoff, 39, said.

For victims: ‘I would give it up,’ Crystal Kung Minkoff, 39, said.
‘It’s about trying to make people whole,’ Crystal said. ‘That’s all.’
‘There is a place to make people whole and it is in the court of law not in the court of public opinion!,’ Erika shouted.
Crystal said that was not what she was talking about.
Public opinion: ‘There is a place to make people whole and it is in the court of law not in the court of public opinion!,’ Erika shouted
‘Yeah, you are!’ Erika screamed.
‘Whether or not your husband has been convicted of the crimes, why can’t you show empathy,’ Crystal wondered in a confessional.
‘If you don’t understand that you’re an amateur and get the f*** out,’ Erika said. ‘You believe that s*** just because somebody says so?’
Empathy check: ‘Whether or not your husband has been convicted of the crimes, why can’t you show empathy,’ Crystal wondered in a confessional
Crystal said she was just caring about victims, while Erika claimed she didn’t have all the facts.
‘That there’s dead people that money was stolen from,’ Crystal said.
Erika said in a confessional that they needed to find out what happened.
Foul language: ‘If you don’t understand that you’re an amateur and get the f*** out,’ Erika said. ‘You believe that s*** just because somebody says so?’
‘I understand that these people have passed away,’ Erika said. ‘We need to find out what did and what did not happen to their settlement money. That’s a different fight.’
Lisa Rinna, 59, sat with her head in hands at the Aspen house where some of the women were staying for the weekend after taking edible marijuana.
‘The edible has taken effect,’ Lisa said in a confessional. ‘This is getting in the way of my vibe.’

Erika said she was not saying that she didn’t feel for the ‘potential’ victims.’
‘For two decades, Erika was living this lavish lifestyle off the backs of these victims,’ Garcelle said in a confessional. ‘Even if Erika is innocent, her refusing to give anything back is beyond me.’
‘Because someone said something does not make it true,’ Erika said.
Beyond her: ‘For two decades, Erika was living this lavish lifestyle off the backs of these victims,’ Garcelle said in a confessional. ‘Even if Erika is innocent, her refusing to give anything back is beyond me’
‘All I think about are victims,’ Crystal said.
‘I don’t give a f*** about anyone else but me,’ Erika stated.
Sutton Stracke, 50, and Kyle Richards, 53, were shocked by her stance.
Bold statement: ‘I don’t give a f*** about anyone else but me,’ Erika shockingly told the women
‘The question is, were they defrauded by Girardi & Keese not by Erika Girardi,’ Erika said.
‘In the meantime, let’s have a little sensitivity to the victims,’ Kyle said.
‘The only person you should be concerned about is me,’ Erika said.
Little sensitivity: ‘In the meantime, let’s have a little sensitivity to the victims,’ Kyle said
Kyle said she could tell that Erika was in defense mode.
Dorit Kemsley, 46, told Erika to take a deep breath.
‘We are fighting a legal battle so I’m following the law,’ Erika said in a confessional. ‘So stop f***ing criticizing me for defending myself. I’ve had enough.’
Sage advice: Dorit Kemsley, 46, told Erika to take a deep breath
Kyle said her issue was that Erika was not acknowledging the victims.
‘People f***ing died!’ Kyle said. ‘You are not showing any compassion.’
‘Why am I showing compassion for people who are dogging me for something that I didn’t even do?’ Erika said.
‘Don’t say that because you’re my friend, and I can’t defend that,’ Kyle said. ‘Don’t say you can’t have compassion for people who f***ing died. They’re not my victims. They’re not my problem.’
Too far: ‘Don’t say that because you’re my friend, and I can’t defend that,’ Kyle said. ‘Don’t say you can’t have compassion for people who f***ing died. They’re not my victims. They’re not my problem’
‘They’re not,’ Erika said.
‘Don’t keep saying that!’ Kyle yelled at her. ‘Put you aside for one moment.’
Kyle said she was just trying to help her.
Stop it: ‘Don’t keep saying that!’ Kyle yelled at her. ‘Put you aside for one moment’
‘I’m not a victim!’ Erika said. ‘Honey, I’ve been a wife that’s been left in ruin.’
Lisa encouraged everyone to call it a night.
‘We’re leaving,’ Lisa said.
Calling it: Lisa encouraged everyone to call it a night
‘I’ll fight this all night long, I know that I’m f***ing right,’ Erika said. ‘I’m not caving into some s***. Caving because people think I should feel some way,’
‘Erika, don’t, no more,’ Lisa said. ‘We are done.’
‘Why I’ll stay here all night all f***ing night with these b****es,’ Erika said.

Erika joined them. Kyle said she gets Sutton one-on-one, but in a group she can’t figure her out. Erika agreed.
‘Then she 180’s and becomes something completely different,’ Erika said.
Sutton and Garcelle rode together in a van.
‘I’m not here to cry,’ Sutton said. ‘I’m not here to fight. I’m here to enjoy the snow.’
Erika, Sutton, Garcelle and Sheree went snowmobiling. They sat down for hot drinks after the ride and Garcelle said that last night was rough. Sutton admitted that it got to her.
Good times: Erika, Sutton, Garcelle and Sheree went snowmobiling
‘Diana was tough,’ Sutton said. ‘I kind of don’t care if she likes me or not.’
‘If I was Sutton, I would never talk to Diana again,’ Garcelle said.

Later, everyone gathered at a restaurant for dinner. Garcelle asked Erika at dinner what $750,000 earrings looked like.
‘They’re 1.3,’ Erika said.
‘Each one?’ Garcelle asked. ‘Do you have them?’
Good question: Garcelle asked Erika at dinner what $750,000 earrings looked like
‘Of course,’ Erika said.
‘Do you want to give them away?’ Garcelle asked.
‘If they’re deemed not mine then that’s the truth,’ Erika said.
Holding them: ‘If they’re deemed not mine then that’s the truth,’ Erika said
‘Well, don’t you think you should just give them up anyway,’ Garcelle said.
‘If it said that I should,’ Erika said.
‘I know but outside of that doesn’t Erika Jayne just want to give them up?’ Garcelle said.
‘Erika Jayne wants to do what’s right under the letter of the law,’ Erika said. ‘If the judge says you should, I will.’
Following law: ‘Erika Jayne wants to do what’s right under the letter of the law,’ Erika said. ‘If the judge says you should, I will’
‘Why do you need the judge?’ Garcelle said.
‘Because it’s a legal fight, Garcelle,’ Erika said. ‘Am I the one who represented them? Am I the one that signed those checks? No.’
‘But what do you care? People are suffering and you have something that could maybe help,’ Garcelle said.
‘It’s a property fight,’ Erika said.
‘Why wouldn’t you go f*** it, lets pay the victims,’ Garcelle said. ‘It’s not saying, ‘I’m guilty. It’s saying ”I have compassion”.’
Compassionate move: ‘Why wouldn’t you go f*** it, lets pay the victims,’ Garcelle said. ‘It’s not saying, ‘I’m guilty. It’s saying ”I have compassion”’
‘Are they stolen?’ Erika said.
‘I don’t know,’ Garcelle said.
‘You know what I say?’ Erika said. ‘I’m not guilty and I f***ing dare you to say that s*** about me. And I’m fighting like the f***ing devil.’
Not guilty: ‘You know what I say?’ Erika said. ‘I’m not guilty and I f***ing dare you to say that s*** about me. And I’m fighting like the f***ing devil’
‘But do you care if they are stolen,’ Garcelle said.
‘Yes,’ Erika said. ‘Because it needs to be justice under the law. And guess what, if I’m a liar, they’ll be proving I’m a liar.’
The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills will return next Wednesday on Bravo.
