Rod Stewart’s wife Penny Lancaster shares distressing photo after pet falls sick

Penny Lancaster, 52, has shared an update about some distressing news about their family pet on social media.
She uploaded an image of the dog medicine and alleged that it can cause “severe bleeding”.
She went on to claim that this side effect was not listed in the warnings for the medicine.
Penny alleged to her 176,000 followers: “Not on the label but in rare cases this dog medication can cause severe bleeding.”
While the image showed the model clearing up the mess, she revealed that her dog Bubbles is “okay now”.
Express.co.uk contacted the manufacturers Boehringer Ingelheim for comment.
It is understood the company is investigating Penny’s allegations.
Penny and Sir Rod Stewart, 73, married in Italy in 2007 and celebrated their 15th anniversary on Instagram last year.
Penny is Sir Rod’s third wife and has eight children from five mothers, with Penny giving birth to two sons in 2005 and 2011.
Speaking to Hello! Magazine she revealed that joining a large family was “a learning curve but a wonderful one”.
Penny added: “It’s so lovely that we’re all so close and they all turn to me for advice, to talk about dad, boyfriends and career choices. It’s a big happy family now.”
She also recalled fondly what it was like being a grandma to her step-daughter Kimberly’s little girl.
“I’m step-granny and that’s wonderful because Kimberly’s daughter Delilah is almost the same age as our little Aiden and they get on like brother and sister… they’ll always be really, really close.”
She added that being a stepmother was “very daunting and challenging” but also “very rewarding”.

Penny also spoke positively having been able to watch her children grow up and “see the different stages that children go through”.
The music superstar often posts about his large family, and recently celebrated the success of his youngest son Aiden, 12 who finished as a runner-up at a sports competition.
The London musician posted a photo of all the family smiling as he wore a medal on his neck.
Penny shared further photos of her step-grandchildren with the caption: “Congratulations baby Otis @rubystewart @itsjakeyouguys.”
In addition to welcoming babies, Sir Rod has teased a new venture that the superstar is working on.
He previewed a new drink that has been in the works for almost two years.
The drink called Wolfie’s Whisky will go on sale next month.
He encouraged fans to sign up to the website describing it as “a rascal of a thing”.
Fans expressed excitement for the drink: “Oooh exciting! Look forward to trying x” and “Congratulations! Good luck”.
Chef Michael James added a four-leaf clover emoji to show his support.
