Strictlys James and Ola Jordan debut weight loss transformations on date night

Ex-Strictly Come Dancing professionals James Jordan and Ola Jordan showed off their weight loss transformations during a night out on the town this week.

The couple were away working in London, so took the opportunity for a rare night out alone without their toddler daughter.

The dancers, who starred on the BBC competition show together – James from 2006 to 2013 and Ola leaving two years later in 2015 – have struggled with their weight over the last couple of years due to not dancing as much, as well as various lockdown factors.

Ola, 40, told fans she felt "disappointed" in herself alongside a poolside photo back in the summer, when she revealed she'd put on some weight following her pregnancy.

The stars' daughter Ella is now two, but the couple revealed that in the last two years they have both weight and struggled to drop it again.

In the summer image, Ola and James posed in their swimwear as they enjoyed their holiday abroad.

But since then, Ola and James, 44, who won Dancing On Ice in 2019, have worked hard to shred their bodies and become fit and trimmed down once more.

Sharing a snap of the pair enjoying a meal and drinks out for a rare date night, Ola posed with her hands in her pockets as she hugged her husband in a full-length image.

The mum-of-one opted for a pair of khaki green silky joggers and a fitted peach halter-neck top.

She slipped on a pair of cream trainers and wore her blonde locks in matching French plaits.

Showing off her svelte torso and lean arms, Ola grinned for the camera.

James meanwhile, looked back to his ultra trim athletic figure as he dressed up in a white shirt and skinny grey trouser combo.

In the background, the couple's choice of swanky restaurant featured an array of frosted bubble lights and cosy lounge chairs.

"Mummy and Daddy working in London and honestly our first night away from Ella since she’s been born," Ola captioned the post.

"I don’t know who’s more upset [crying face emoji] Anyway – Mum and Dad are OUT OUT," the excited star added.

Later on, Ola shared a selfie from the bathroom as she told her followers she had to show off her outfit because the occasion was so unusual.

"Very rare night out for Mummy. Had to do a bathroom selfie," she said, as fans gushed over the star's new look in the comments.

"You look amazing!!" one person wrote, as another praised: "Looking incredible, you look to have lost weight xx."

"Oh my how good do yous look! How much weight have you lost," a third posted, followed by: "Wow you look gorgeous & you’ve lost weight! Well done!"

"Both looking really well and super slim," another fan added on the couple's joint snap.

It comes as James came under fire last week for slating Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's new Netflix documentary Harry & Meghan and calling them "trash".
