Last month Flavin submitted court paperwork to dissolve her marriage to Stallone and accused him of shady dealings with their marital assets.
The actor hit back and denied any wrongdoing with their joint assets in his response filing.
Days before the divorce filing, DailyMail.com revealed that the actor had a giant tattoo of Flavin on his right bicep covered up with a picture of Butkus, Rocky’s bull mastiff from the hit movies.
In documents, Sly denied his wife’s allegations that ‘engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate,’ PEOPLE reported.

Additionally, Stallone opposed his estranged wife’s request to have ‘exclusive use’ of their home in Palm Beach. Flavin had earlier asked for sole use of the palatial property as the divorce played out.
In regards to legal costs and lawyers’ fees, Flavin requested that the court be mindful of the ‘conduct of each party’ that could possibly draw out the process. She asked the court to encourage ‘mutual cooperation’ in order to ‘reduce the cost’ of legal matters.
Stallone said in his response that Flavin had ‘hired counsel to represent her and agreed to pay them their legal fees.’

The Rambo star did not oppose her petition to ‘restore’ her maiden name. Stallone was also in agreement that their marriage was ‘irretrievably broken.’
DailyMail.com exclusively revealed, just days before news of their split emerged, that Stallone had covered a tattoo of Flavin on his arm with a picture of Butkus, Rocky’s bull mastiff from the hit movies.
Shortly afterwards, it emerged that Flavin — a former model and Stallone’s third wife — is divorcing him after 25 years of marriage. The split has shocked Hollywood, where their partnership was regarded as one of the fickle film world’s more enduring unions.

The story, however, has become even more astonishing with claims that their Rottweiler Dwight was the immediate cause of the break-up. Stallone dotes on Dwight — the name of his character in a new TV drama series, Tulsa King — and has posted gushing videos and photos of the pet on social media.
Family insiders told website TMZ that the actor wanted the dog to help protect the family at their homes in Los Angeles and Palm Beach, Florida.
But — while they already own other dogs — Flavin didn’t want a huge Rottweiler in the house and strenuously objected. Their disagreement over Dwight allegedly caused a huge row that brought up other issues between the couple, culminating in her decision to press the nuclear button.
It remains tantalizingly unclear whether Stallone decided on the less-than-tactful tattoo modification before or after Flavin told him she was leaving him.
