The CW Cancels ‘Tom Swift,’ Will Look For Another Network (Report)
Tom Swift has reportedly already been canceled by The CW.
The Nancy Drew spinoff series is still in the midst of it’s first season, but the network has given it the axe due to low viewership, according to Deadline.

However, the studio behind the series, CBS Studios, is already look for a new home.
The studio is trying to extend options on the cast so they can shop the show elsewhere and find a new network.
It’s being reported that higher ups have said they like the show creatively, but the series is among the CW’s least watch shows on the network, with 535K viewers in Live+7, as well as on streaming.

The series is based on the book series from Stratemeyer Syndicate, and focuses on an exceptionally brilliant inventor with unlimited resources and unimaginable wealth, the devilishly charming Tom Swift, who is a man who many men would kill to be, or be with – a man with the world in the palm of his hand.
Tom Swift was first introduced in a backdoor pilot on Nancy Drew in 2021.
Also starring in the show include Ashleigh Murray, Marquise Vilson, April Parker Jones, Albert Mwangi and LeVar Burton.
