Tom Holland gushes over Zendaya in a rare social media reaction

Tom Holland sends fans into meltdown as he gushes over girlfriend Zendaya with a rare social media reaction on her stunning NAACP Image Awards look

They’re known for keeping their relationship low-key on social media.

But Tom Holland shared a rare glimpse into his relationship with Zendaya on Sunday as he sweetly gushed over her look for the NAACP Image Awards.

As the Euphoria beauty, 26,  shared a snap of her show-stopping black and green gown from the evening to Instagram, the post caught the eye of her beau.

Taking to the comment section of the post, the Spiderman actor, also 26, simply left three heart-eyed emoji’s.

But the small gesture had fans going wild, as almost 400 rushed to reply to the comment to note the rare interaction.

Couple: The pair, who confirmed their romance in 2021 after five years of rumours, keep a fairly low-profile on social media, rarely sharing snaps together or interacting with one another’s posts

Zendaya’s post featured two stunning snaps which were taken before she hit the red-carpet, showing off the plunging garment.

Her boyfriend Tom joined the sea of admirers in the comment section, which also included Gigi Hadid and SZA.

Fans noticed the sweet comment from the actor, taking to the replies as one wrote: ‘AWWWW,’ while another penned: ‘You two are my favourite people ever.’

Many others dubbed Tom the ‘luckiest man in the world’ for being in a relationship with Zendaya.

Zendaya joined a slew of stars for the awards bash that evening, which was hosted by Queen Latifah and honoured outstanding representations and achievements of people of color in motion pictures, television, music, and literature in the year 2022.

And it’s certainly awards season, as the actress stepped out at the 29th Screen Actors Guild Awards just one day later – looking equally as sensational.

Awkward! It comes a day after viewers of the 29th Screen Actors Guild Awards claimed to have noticed an awkward exchange between the brunette beauty and Normal People actor Paul Mescal

But viewers of the awards bash claimed to have noticed an awkward exchange between the brunette beauty and Normal People actor Paul Mescal.

Zendaya appeared to swerve the 27-year-old actor’s offer of a gentlemanly arm as the co-presenters made their way up the stage.

She brushed it off and walked up the stairs by herself after declining his attempt to escort her, which left him fumbling over his words as they read from a teleprompter.

Fans watching the show took online to express their amusement after noticing the embarrassing moment.

‘Paul Mescal trying to help Zendaya up the stairs and she said nah,’ one Twitter user wrote in amusement.

Another one Tweeted ‘Not Zendaya swerving Paul Mescal’s hand.’

Someone else wrote ‘Paul Mescal tried to escort Zendaya and she wasn’t into it.’

‘Zendaya got Paul mescal nervous and giggling, he’s just like me,’ another commentator added.

‘I relate to Paul Mescal cause I too would be nervous to be next to zendaya,’ another fan added.

Winner: The duo presented Jessica Chastain with the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series award for George & Tammy

Zendaya was nominated for outstanding performance by a female actor in a drama series for her role in Euphoria, but lost out to The White Lotus’ Jennifer Coolidge.

The Euphoria star had swapped her pale pink romantic Valentino gown for an art deco Armani Privé dress.

It featured a racy front cut-out featuring pale blue, pink and black hues.

Swerved: She brushed it off and walked up the stairs by herself after declining his attempt to escort her

Nervous: The exchange left Mescal fumbling over his words while presenting the award for outstanding performance by a female actor in a miniseries or television movie

She kept her second look simple with no bracelets or rings, but made up for it with a spectacular sparkling Bulgari choker with a dark stone at the center.

Earlier in the night, Zendaya kicked off the red carpet in style, arriving in a strapless pink gown featuring three-dimensional flowers embellished on the skirt.

She showcased her slim figure in the striking Valentino number covered in varying sizes of fabric roses in the same hue.

Zendaya’s cotton candy colored number was paired with a statement diamond necklace that included emerald, ruby and Amethyst gemstones.

The design was custom made for her by creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli and she was styled by Law Roach.

She styled her short tresses in waves, channeling old Hollywood stars.

The 29th Screen Actors Guild Awards took place at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Century City, California and were broadcast live on Netflix’s YouTube channel.

The Banshees Of Inisherin and Everything Everywhere All At Once were among the most nominated feature films.
