PICTURE EXCLUSIVE: Tom Holland’s two year renovation revealed: Spider-Man star’s stunning £2.5M west London home after undergoing extensive refurbishments
The extensive two-year renovations taking place at Tom Holland’s £2.5million west London home have been revealed in exclusive new photographs.
The Spider-Man star purchased the huge property in 2018 before beginning a refurbishment in 2020, after it was subject to a total of six planning applications.
The actor, 26, apparently wanted to alter large amounts of the structure and add extra living accommodation before moving into the house.
A new image shows what the screen star’s abode looks like now, following reports he plans to move into it with long-term girlfriend Zendaya, 26.
The seven-figure renovations – funded from the estimated £15 million he has earned from his six Marvel movies – have prompted speculation that the actor’s American girlfriend Zendaya will move to the UK.

It is possible that the couple have already made the pad home, after being spotted on several outings in London over the past few weeks.
The stunning three-storey house boasts period features including a bay window and an arched porch, as well as new brand new sash windows.
Pictures suggest the property has been repointed and reroofed with slate tiles, offering a polished finish at the overhauled pad.
Foliage which was growing over the doorway of the house has also been removed, making the property look far tidier.
The old wooden gates have also been replaced by an electric alternative.
Planning sketches reveal an orangery which has been added to the back of the home so that Tom and Zendaya can fully enjoy their garden views.
Tom has until now been living with his comedian father Dominic and photographer mum Nicola – and the new property is close to his parents.
Tom and Zendaya have been spotted on several occasions during outings in the leafy side of the Capital.

Another sign that Tom is ready to move in is that he was spotted dropping off some of his belongings at a charity shop after having sort out.
The Mail on Sunday previously revealed how the star bought the six-bedroom property in 2018 but wanted it extensively remodelled before moving in.
They said once finished it will house a cinema, sauna and games room in the new rear extension. He was also been granted permission for a bigger basement and a timber-clad garden room that overlooks landscaped grounds.
Commenting on rumours that the couple could soon be choosing furniture together, a source said: ‘Tom has spent quite some time making this house into his perfect home and Zendaya has been visiting him in London, so let’s see.

It recently emerged that Tom and Zendaya’s romance almost didn’t happen after a Spider-Man producer urged them not to date.
They were reportedly advised to keep their relationship platonic by producer Amy Pascal when they were first cast in Spider-Man, according to The New York Times.
‘I took Tom and Zendaya aside, separately, when we first cast them and gave them a lecture,’ Pascal said. ‘Don’t go there — just don’t. Try not to.’
‘I gave the same advice to Andrew [Garfield] and Emma [Stone],’ the producer revealed. ‘It can just complicate things, you know? And they all ignored me.’
Garfield and Stone met on the set of the 2012 movie The Amazing Spider-Man.
Rumors came out that the two were dating in 2011, and they remained together for a few years before apparently breaking up in 2015.
