Victoria and shirtless David Beckham labelled couple goals after joint workout video

Victoria Beckham and a shirtless David Beckham dazzled fans this week as they posted a home workout on social media.

As a former professional footballer, David is no stranger to grafting his body to peak physical condition, while  his Spice Girls wife also adheres to a strict exercise regime. 

On Thursday, Victoria, who was recently featured in Paris Fashion Week, took to Instagram where she posted a video of herself and her husband doing a workout at their £31m London mansion.

“Happy Mondays on Thursday! Husband’s playlist @davidbeckham @mrbobbyrich,” she captioned the post, which has since amassed over 307k likes.

The clip showed the 48 year old fashion designer lying on her back in black athletic wear and orange and white trainers as she reached her arms back to meet David, who was similarly lying on his back in shorts and a baseball cap.

The former England player’s many tattoos were on full display as the A-list couple did straight leg raises.

Fans were predictable thirsty in the comments, with many arguing that they’d work out more if David Beckham were involved.

“I would exercise more if this was an option,” one person wrote.

“Teamwork makes the dream work,” a third said, while a fourth added: “I wouldn't mind a workout buddy like David.”

This comes after Victoria’s daughter-in-law, actress Nicola Peltz, opened up on the supposed feud they are engaged in that allegedly began over the latter’s wedding dress.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan as their March cover star, Nicola explained: "I’ve said this so many times: There’s no feud. I don’t know. No one ever wants to write the nice things.

"It’s really weird, actually, whether it’s my life or someone else’s life or whatever, when you know the truth and then you read something totally wrong.”

Nicola’s statement, and a previous one from her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, directly contradict the many sources who have spoken out about the animosity.

A source previously told MailOnline: "There is a feeling that the Peltzes rather turn their noses up at the Beckhams… the way that they do things and their celebrity profile.

"Meanwhile, the Peltz clan has really embraced Brooklyn. There is a feeling that Brooklyn is now all about the Peltz family and not the Beckhams."

Despite the contradictory statements, the Beckhams are clearly aware of the optics as a source previously alleged that David insisted on Brooklyn’s attendance at Fashion Week because of the family’s image.

A source told The Mirror: “Brooklyn wasn’t initially planning to come. But David felt that decision could see questions being asked. He pointed out that he risked damaging the Beckham brand by fuelling rumours of a feud between Victoria and Nicola.

"Eventually, he agreed to fly over with Nicola and Nicola even agreed to wear a Victoria Beckham dress for the show. There were tears when Victoria saw them both.”
