Aldi makes huge change to opening hours over Christmas | The Sun

ALDI has revealed a change to opening times over Christmas- and shoppers will want to take note.

The budget supermarket said its stores will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

All but a handful of stores, such as those in shopping centres which may be contracted to open, will be closed.

Aldi said staff who are working on any of these days will get a day in lieu.

It also said that stores will be open at 7am and close at 6pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

But normal hours will apply on all other days over the festive period.
