Ariana Madix felt ‘gaslit’ by Tom Sandoval in on-camera confrontation over affair
“Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix gushed over Tom Sandoval right before she discovered he was cheating on her with Raquel Leviss, Page Six has exclusively learned.
Ahead of Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras’ concert at TomTom in West Hollywood last Wednesday night, the frontman did a Q&A session with the audience.
One of the questions, which a bandmate read aloud, was: “Do you think the show [‘Vanderpump Rules’] accurately portrays you?”
Sandoval began to answer but quickly handed the mic to Madix, who proceeded to praise her then-boyfriend.
“In some ways, yes; in some ways, no,” she explained. “I think the way that they show how dedicated and extra [he is], because I’m looking at the word ‘extra…’
“But when I say dedicated to everything that you do and the way that you commit to everything that you do — that part is accurate,” Madix added, speaking directly to Sandoval.
“But I think there are some things that are not accurate,” she pointed out. “Like, for example, you get ready really fast. I take forever. But I think that on the show, you would think it was the other way around.”
Someone in the crowd then shouted, “Give her a kiss!” Madix, 37, agreed, repeating, “Yeah, give me a kiss!” to which Sandoval, 39, obliged.
Shortly thereafter, Madix found out Sandoval was having a “full-on affair,” according to insiders, after seeing a sexually explicit video of Leviss pop up on his phone.
It wasn’t long before Madix realized the two had been “communicating inappropriately for months” and swiftly dumped the Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner.
A source revealed to us that Sandoval has actually been seeing Leviss, 28, since “last summer” and that their dalliance included sleepovers at Sandoval and Madix’s shared Los Angeles home “when Ariana’s been out of town.”
The trio’s co-star James Kennedy corroborated the information, saying the illicit romance started “7 months” ago, which would have been July 2022.
The DJ, who was previously engaged to Leviss, also claimed the duo’s escapades sometimes took place while Madix was home and “sleeping.”
We’re told Sandoval and Leviss — who have been not-so-secretly wearing matching necklaces — now “want to be together” and had apparently planned “for weeks” to come clean about their romance.
Meanwhile, Madix is “heartbroken” by the revelation.
“Ariana was blindsided by the cheating,” a source told us, adding that she had “no idea there were any issues” in her nearly 10-year relationship and feels “betrayed by her friend.”

While Madix has since deactivated her social media accounts, her co-stars have been blasting the secret lovers online.
Leviss has not yet spoken about the situation, while Sandoval issued a lengthy statement on Instagram Saturday, writing in part, “I fully understand and deserve ur anger & disappointment towards me, but please leave [Tom] Schwartz my friends and family out of this situation.”
Page Six can confirm that Bravo is filming the latest drama to include in Season 10, which is currently airing.
Insiders close to production told us Sandoval and Madix discussed his affair with Leviss on camera Friday and that Madix felt “gaslit” by the conversation.
The reality stars’ boss Lisa Vanderpump is now begging Andy Cohen to keep the not-yet-filmed reunion to only “one” episode, as she is “not sure [her] heart is up to it.”
