In a YouTube video published on Shera, Jasmine said: "When I received a message offering money, I did think it was a lot.
"It was actually a video request and he offered £3,000.
"He wanted my partner to lick my hair, but I didn't have a partner and I wasn't going to let anyone lick my hair.
"The second one wanted me to chop my hair and then send it off to him and that was for like £250,000."
Jasmine added: "I was like 'no, I'm sorry. I'm not gonna send my hair I'm not gonna cut it'.
"This is my hair, and it's priceless."
Since she began posting videos and snaps of her lengthy tresses, Jasmine has had her fair share of attention.
On top of the bizarre requests, she's often inundated with marriage proposals.
She added: "When I hit 100,000 followers, I started receiving so many marriage proposals.
"I think it's because they know that I'm single, and I have long hair, and I'm a sweet person.
"So, they're just sending these proposals and some of them are begging for it.
"I felt bad about rejecting them, so I just wanted it to end as it's a constant reminder that I'm not married."

The real-life Rapunzel stopped cutting her locks back in 2017 and now her hair falls right down to her calves.
She began her journey on social media after seeing other girls dedicated to growing their hair.
Now Jasmine started her own company Lars Haircare which specialises in luxe hair accessories for a long mane.
So what's the secret to her luscious hair?
She admitted: "I always do a pre-wash treatment. I apply coconut oil and then a rosemary scalp treatment to my scalp.
"I massage that in before washing it out with shampoo and conditioner.
"In between wash days, I always apply some hair oil, I brush my hair once and then I braid it.
"I always wear protective hairstyles and never use heat styling tools.
"At night I sleep on a silk pillowcase and use a hair bonnet."

Although she takes pride in her hair, Jasmine confessed she won't keep it long forever.
She added: "It's my biggest accomplishment because it's not easy to grow hair this big, it's my accessory.
"I want to reach floor length and then I think I might put it back to classic length around the hips.
"I just want to prove it to myself and I want videos of my hair reaching that amazing length just once in my life."
