Their parents have access to the most luxurious designers in the world, so it comes as no surprise that a slew of celebrity children have chosen to wear outfits made famous by their celebrity parents as they get older.
From Angelina Jolie’s daughters Shiloh and Zahara Jolie-Pitt, to Kanye West’s daughter North West, famous celebrity offspring have delighted fans by raiding the wardrobes of their superstar parents in recent years.
In fact, the Oscars ceremony on March 12 saw the latest famous celebrity child wow in an look previously worn by their parent when Salma Hayek’s daughter, Valentina, stunned in her mom’s old Isaac Mizrahi gown.
The 15-year-old borrowed her mother’s red dress 25 years after Salma first donned the sleeveless gown to the 1997 Fire & Ice Gala in Hollywood.

Stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray confirmed that Salma’s old dress was being sported by her daughter as she shared details about their looks to her Instagram account on Monday.
‘We pulled this beautiful Isaac Mizrahi dress for Valentina from Salma’s archive,’ she captioned a photo of the mother-daughter duo. ‘Swipe to see when Salma originally wore it in 1997.’
Ten years after she first wore the dress, Salma went on to welcome Valentina with her husband François-Henri Pinault.
Just months before, Heidi Klum’s daughter Leni chose to borrow one of her mother’s dresses for her prom night – which was also what Brooke Shields’ daughter Rowan chose to do in 2021.
Meanwhile, both of Lisa Rinna’s daughters Amelia and Delilah have been known to raid her wardrobe for old items, while Angelina’s daughters Shiloh and Zahara also did the same during their mom’s press tour for the 2021 flick, Eternals.
For some celebrity children, they get the chance to wear one of a kind pieces such as North West stepping out in a her father Kanye’s jacket from his never-released Pastelle clothing line in 2022.
Meanwhile, Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia has not only worn items owned by her supermodel mom, but she also chose to recreate one of her mother’s famous looks for her 18th birthday celebration in 2019.

The model stunned in the ensemble, which appeared to be the same as a dress that Heidi wore back in 1998.

Shiloh made quite the splash in October 2021 when she wore a dress on the red carpet for the first time to the Eternals premiere.
However, beady-eyed fans soon realized that she sourced the dress from someone close to home as her mom had rocked the same item earlier that same year.
Angelina had wowed in the tan Gabriela Hearst dress at the Guerlain ‘Women for Bees’ initiative event in July.
However, Shiloh modified the poplin slip so it featured a hanky hem and uneven stitching.
And it appears that the positive reaction to her fashion choice led her to make a similar move just days later.
The teen once again gave a nod to her mother’s style as she modelled a revamped version of a Dior gown she wore in 2019.
The 15-year-old looked lovely in a floral dress which her mother had donned while promoting Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.
Instead of rocking its original silhouette, Shiloh had the floor-length number altered to hit just above the knee.

As the daughter of two fashion icons, North West will plenty of incredible outfits to choose from thanks to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s extensive fashion archives.
In July 2022, the youngster showcased her already effortless style when she heading to the Dior Homme Menswear Spring Summer 2023 show in Paris with her mother.
North made quite the style statement as she rocked a vintage bomber jacket from her dad’s former streetwear brand.
The bright blue garment was part of Kanye’s now defunct Noughties Pastelle brand – with items from the collection now so rare that earlier this year a jacket from the brand was on sale for a whopping $10,000.
With no expense spared on North’s ensemble, the adorable youngster also toted a mini Balenciaga bag and hard wedged crocs from the Spanish fashion line.

At the premiere, Angelina also spoke about the outfit choices of her children and noted that they enjoyed going through their mother’s closet.
The Wanted actress spoke to Entertainment Tonight at the event and told the media outlet that her children had an enjoyable time while looking through their mother’s old clothing.
‘My kids are all mixed with vintage, and in my old Oscars dress. We did all vintage and upcycled my old stuff,’ she said.
