Chanelle Hayes confidently shows off nine stone weight loss in slinky bikini on the beach

Chanelle Hayesshowed off her incredible nine stone weight loss on the beach, soaking up some winter sun in Tenerife. The former Big Brother star, 35, donned a bright orange and pink coloured bikini complete with silver heart details as she spent the day relaxing on a sun lounger and strolling along the sand.

The ex-reality star, who appeared on the eighth series ofBig Brotherin 2007 aged just 19, has documented her weight loss struggles over the years. Chanelle once weighed more than 17 stone, beforegoing under the knife for a gastic sleeve in August 2020 .

The star has since dropped an incredible nine stone, however, has previously spoken about the fact she has been left with excess skin on her tummy and said she would also like a fuller cleavage again. The ex-reality TV star has revealed she is considering going under the knife for a boob job and a tummy tuck.

Whilst taking a break from her studies to become a nurse, Chanelle proudly showed off her slimmer figure in a tiny two-piece whilst holidaying in Tenerife. Since undergoing the life-changing procedure, Chanelle has spoken candidly about her changing body to her 120,000 Instagram followers, hoping to inspire others to embrace body positivity

The mother-of-two – who shares son Blakely, 11, with former footballer Matthew Bates and son Frankie, four, with ex-partner PE teacher Ryan Oates- confided in us during her exclusive engagement shoot last year that though she was thrilled with the results of her procedure, she hadput wedding dress shopping on hold as she prepared to undergo more surgery .

When asked if she's decided on the style of dress she wanted, Chanelle revealed: "Not yet because I’m getting my boobs done in January, and until then I don’t even want to look at a wedding gown."

She added: "I’m also considering a tummy tuck to get rid of some of the loose skin I’ve developed since losing so much weight.

"I feel like nothing would fit properly until those two things are done and that would get me down. I don’t know whether I would have wanted to get married if I was still bigger."

"But I am excited because I feel confident as I am now," she explained. "I know I definitely don’t want a big meringue-style dress and will probably go for something quite simple, but I’m not deciding anything for certain just yet."

The bride-to-be has also beenpraised by fans after posting side-by-side snaps of her real body alongside heavily filtered versionson Instagram, reminding her followers that “social media is not real”.

Next to the photos she wrote: "I thought I would pot this to try and remind you guys that SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT REAL and things are so easily edited so please try not to stress and compare yourself or your life.”

She added: "BE KIND TO YOUR MIND. It's something I have to remind myself daily because I subconsciously compare the chosen snapshot of life on people's social media to my whole life warts and all. It's unkind of me to do it to myself, but I do. Sending love, stretch marks, grey hairs and messy imperfection to you all."
