An elegance coach has shared footage from the ‘lowest point’ in her life where she’s seen smoking and drinking heavily before she transformed her life.
13 years ago, Anna Bey, 38, was a nightclub dancer who was partying all the time, ‘unhappy’, and using cigarettes and alcohol ‘as a form of escape’.
In an Instagram post, Anna, who is originally from Sweden, shared rare images of her falling over drunk, wearing bronze makeup, and smoking cigarettes.

‘This used to be me. I was at my worst being trashy, unhealthy and not looking after myself. Honestly…I was really unhappy but one day I decided to change,’ she wrote in the clip.
The video showed Anna passed out on the bathroom floor, with poor posture, going topless in the pool, falling through a door drunk and smoking multiple cigarettes.
‘Today I’m living my best life. I’ve cleaned up my act, got rid of my bad habits and did a lot of inner work to fix my insecurities and poor self esteem that lead me to act trashy in the first place.’
Anna, who splits her time between London and Geneva, is the founder of The School of Affluence, an online finishing school for women.
‘Now I help other women improve themselves so they can live their best lives,’ she said.
In 2010, a 25-year-old Anna appeared on reality show Paradise Hotel Sweden for 12 episodes during a time she describes as the ‘lowest point in her life’.
Anna has since transformed her life and said she’s not embarrassed or ashamed by the footage but it makes her ‘proud’ as it’s a reminder of how far she’s come
She said she’s ‘not attached’ to that ‘trashy’ version of herself as it doesn’t define who she is today and that she laughs about it now with her husband
She said producers of the Big Brother-style program encouraged the contestants to drink daily and supplied them with unlimited cigarettes.
‘I entered a dark place afterwards where was just partying all the time as a form of escape, I was incredibly unhappy and lost,’ she said in a previous Instagram story.
Anna has since transformed her life and said she’s not embarrassed or ashamed by the footage but it makes her ‘proud’ as it’s a reminder of how far she’s come.
She said she’s ‘not attached’ to that ‘trashy’ version of herself as it doesn’t define who she is today and that she laughs about it now with her husband.
