Before the couple met, in Summer 2016, Meghan enjoyed relationships – and rumoured relations – with a few high profile men.
Most notably, the 41-year-old was married to Hollywood producer Trevor Engleson between 2011 and 2013.
It is believed the former actor posted her wedding rings back to her ex-husband when she called time on the relationship after moving from California to Toronto to film Suits.
According to Andrew Morton’s biography – Meghan: A Hollywood Princess – she ended the relationship 18-months after the couple’s nuptials.
Early in 2014, Meghan started dating Canadian chef Cory Vitiello. The couple were together for two years, and are believed to have split around May 2016
They had wed in an exuberant ceremony at a Jamaican beach hotel once favoured by Marilyn Monroe and Errol Flynn.
Meghan reportedly ended the marriage ‘totally out of the blue’, sending their rings in the mail after walking out with a £360 blender from their West Hollywood home and moving to Toronto.
Another of the Duchess’ former partners is Canadian chef Cory Vitiello, who she is believed to have started stepping out with, in early 2014.
The couple reportedly moved into the smart townhouse where she lived under the name Meghan Engelson, close to a park where they walked her beloved dogs Guy and Bogart.

Meghan’s live-in relationship with Vitiello lasted for two years, and there was talk of a possible engagement, but the pair split in May 2016 – some two months before she met Prince Harry.
Another reported ex-partner of Meghan is 6ft 5in basketball player Steve Lepore, whom she is reported to have dated while at Northwestern University in Chicago.
However, the relationship was short-lived, after Steve transferred from Northwestern University to a college in North Carolina.
Steve, 38, is now a basketball coach and lives with his wife, Carrie, and baby daughter in Lexington, Virginia.
Meghan Markle also reportedly dated fellow student and basketball player Steve Lepore while she was at college
He has previously declined to talk about Meghan, with his wife Carrie telling Weekend magazine: ‘I don’t know why, but he won’t.’
After leaving college, Meghan is said to have dated TV actor Brett Ryland for five months.
Brett, who lives in LA, starred in television shows Mother’s Little Helpers and South Of Nowhere.
He later became a staff writer on 2 Broke Girls, as well as working as a writer on the Disney Channel. He is now thought to be working in the business world.
Meghan is also believed to have dated comedy writer Shaun Zaken for six months in 2003.
TV actor Brett Ryland is also thought to have dated Meghan, with the couple thought to have spent some five months together after she left college
The pair met as students at university, embarking on a romance the year Meghan graduated.
Shaun, 38, has worked on TV shows Mystery Girls and Nail Files, as well as making a cameo appearance on Sex and the City as a waiter.
The writer and producer – who lives in LA – also co-wrote TV movie Two Princes, which tells the story of Prince Charming arriving in modern-day California.
In 2014, it was rumoured that the Duchess was in a relationship with Irish golfer Rory Mcllroy, after he nominated her to do the Ice Bucket Challenge for the ALS Association and she accepted on the condition he threw the ice and water over her.
The pair were later spotted enjoying dinner together in Dublin – however, they confirmed they were just friends.
