Ferne McCann’s Christening day for Sunday – complete with Arg performance and huge cake

Ferne McCann recently threw an extravagant garden party to celebrate her daughter Sunday's Christening.

The Only Way Is Essex favourite Ferne, 31, was joined by a number of her close pals and family, including fellow TOWIE stars Billie Faiers, 32, and Danielle Armstrong, 34.

Ferne, who recently announced her engagement to her boyfriend of seven months Lorri Haines, went all out for the occasion and threw a rainbow-themed bash in the garden at her Essex mansion.

The mum-of-one covered the space with a series of multicoloured decorations, including a flower wall, and installed a large black gazebo on the patio.

Her close pal and fellow TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent, 34, provided the entertainment at the party alongside his band, The Arg Band, as he belted out some hits for Ferne and her guests.

The reality TV star showed off his impressive weight loss in a pair of shorts and a patterned shirt as he danced around the garden in clips shared to social media.

He was later joined by Billie's son Arthur, five, who adorably took the microphone to sing one of his favourite Elton John hits.

Billie, who is currently pregnant with her third child, and her husband Greg Shepherd, 37, filmed the sweet moment as everyone watched Arthur showcase his singing skills on Instagram.

The mum-of-two looked stunning in an orange maxi dress at the party as she showed off her blossoming baby bump alongside her husband and their children.

Guests enjoyed a barbecue outside and the drinks were flowing as Ferne and her pals soaked up the sun, and she'd even hired a children's entertainer to ensure that the little ones stayed occupied throughout the day.

The garden was covered with colourful decorations including tassels and a large mirror, as well as a huge rainbow-themed sign showing Sunday's name.

Ferne had a three-tier cake specially made for her daughter's Christening which boasted a variety of decorations including macaroons and an edible sign with Sunday's name printed across it.

The TOWIE star couldn't help but to gush over her new fiancé Lorri, 31, who could be seen sweetly dancing with Danielle Armstrong's daughter Orla, two, who she shares with her fiancé Tommy Edney.

"This girl loves her uncle lozza so much," Ferne wrote as she posted a clip of the pair and tagged both Danielle and Tommy.

Mum-of-one Danielle, who is set to marry Tommy in less than six weeks, looked stunning in a pink maxi dress and white sandals at the party, and sharing a snap to Instagram she told how she lives "for weekends like this".

Ferne's extravagant garden party comes after she and Lorri recently enjoyed a trip to Paris, where the businessman romantically popped the question.

Announcing the happy news, Ferne shared a snap to social media as she flashed her ring finger to the camera, showcasing the diamond engagement ring and wrote: "So happily ever afters do exist. I cannot wait to do forever with you baby @lozzahaines."
