Fitness model flaunts washboard abs in bikini two months after giving birth

Tammy Hembrow sent fans wild by posing in a bikini – ten weeks after giving birth.

The 28-year-old fitness model, from the Gold Coast in Australia, wore a cyan two-piece with a cute floral motif.

She kicked back on a towel and soaked up the sun by the pool with a self help book.

Tammy snapped sexy selfies as she topped up her tan, which garnered thousands of likes.

Dozens of commenters branded her a "hot mama" – with many shocked she looks so great two months after giving birth to her daughter Posy.

One Instagram commenter said: "Wow Tammy you look beautiful and great after you gave birth to Posy."

Another wrote: "Strong mama. I love you."

A third commented: "For a woman who has just had a baby she looks good as."

And fourth added: "Pretty mama. Hope the baby is doing well!"

Tammy and her fitness fanatic fiancé Matt Poole welcomed their baby girl Posy into the world on June 19.

She is also mum to Wolf, six, and daughter Saskia, five, from a previous relationship.

Tammy has defended "bouncing back" to her ripped physique after giving birth.

She was called out by comedian Celeste Barber, who branded her post-pregnancy weight loss "dangerous".

Previously, she posted a lingerie snap and said: “This body created life x 3”.

Then in the comments section, she added: “And I’ll wear whatever I want."
