‘I spent thousands reducing my 44H boobs as they were so big I couldn’t breathe’
A woman with massive 44H cup boobs was forced to get a breast reduction because they were so heavy she couldn’t breathe.
Cici Dawn, from Las Vegas, was left in agony and constant discomfort due to the crippling weight of her breasts.
She also claimed that her cleavage saw her get constantly over-sexualised by men.

The undesired attention, plus the discomfort, left Cici struggling with her mental health and body confidence.
So the 29-year-old splurged $16,000 (£13,300) on breast reduction surgery in June of this year.
She added that she has wanted reduction for "as long as [she] can remember" and described the procedure as "life-changing" and states her only regret is not going it sooner.
“Before the operation, I was in constant back pain and shoulder pain as even most bras would not support the weight I was holding in my chest,” she told NeedToKnow.Online.
“I also couldn’t wear bikinis at pools, and I would often feel sexualised even when I was fully covered due to my breast size.
“All in all, my confidence was insanely low, and this was the most life-changing surgery.”

Cici suffered from sleep apnea due to the weight on her lungs and also struggled to exercise, but now she has been given “a new lease on life”.
She added: “I can buy and wear almost everything I want. I do not feel self-conscious going out.
“While I still get looks depending on what I wear, the insane stares and messages I’ve received [have] steadily calmed down, and I feel more confident going out and wearing shirts I couldn’t before without being looked at!

“They’ve gone as far [as] to buy me new clothes and sports bras for my new look,” she said.
The entrepreneur has since shared her before and after shots on her social media in hope of inspiring others to take the leap.
“I would recommend it to anyone even thinking about it,” she said. “Most women told me to wait until later in life after having kids, but I cannot stress enough how I wish I would have done this even sooner.”
