A life of restrictions may not always result in a one-way ticket to the hundred mark it appears.
The “world’s oldest doctor” has shared his secrets to a long life – and it involves eating steak and martinis.
Dr Howard Tucker, 100, is still working as a neurologist after 75 years in the game.

However, he lived through Prohibition, The Great Depression, World War II, Polio and even a global pandemic.

But despite his commitment to exercise, Dr Tucker said it’s important to “live life to the fullest” and not restrict himself.

And when he’s not saving lives or teaching others, Dr Tucker like to unwind with his family.
He concluded: “When I’m not working, I like spending time with my four children and 10 grandchildren, snowshoeing, and watching Cleveland sports.
