The 40-something, from Colombia, strutted down the catwalk proudly holding her son's hand.
They both smiled widely as they enjoyed the touching moment and soaked in the applause.
And fans went wild for her collection, which was inspired by the Amazon rainforest and sustainability.
During the show, Liliana modelled various palm-print pieces.
One of the most eye-catching ensembles included floaty trousers and a halter-necked top.
Meanwhile, motherhood was also celebrated with her choice of models.
A pregnant catwalk star made a splash in a white bandeau bikini top and matching sarong.
And another model clutched onto a little boy as she struck a pose in a tropical one-piece.
Liliana, who has her own swimwear brand, initially found it difficult to make time for work.
Previously, she told Daily Star: "Being an entrepreneur and a mother is a challenge.
"Before I used to have excuses because I did not have time – but I was very wrong.”
But after initially struggling to juggle motherhood and her career, the designer re-discovered her passion for fashion.
She decided to use her experiences as a mum to create a new collection – which she titled #followyourheart.
