Inside Rita Ora’s 32nd birthday celebrations in the French Alps at ‘£22k-a-night’ chalet

It seems like money is no option for Rita Ora, as the pop star splashed out on a “£22k-a-night” chalet in the French Alps to celebrate her 32nd birthday.

The swanky setting, which is located near Mount Blanc, according to The Sun, saw some of Rita's nearest and dearest get together for the occasion – including her partner, filmmaker, Taika Waititi, who apparently flew out for a few days to join the party.

Speaking to the publication, a source said: “Taika [Waititi] wasn't able to make it for the whole week but he flew out for a couple of days. That evening they all had fancy dinner from a private chef with Rita's own brand of Tequila on hand for the margaritas.”

The Hot Right Now singer, who recently wowed in eight different outfits at the MTV EMAs this month, wasted no time sharing some birthday content with her 16.1 million followers.

In fact, she posted two separate carousels of her looking as glamorous as ever in ski wear.

She also thanked Ultima Collection in her post, the award-winning resort company who provided her with the ultimate Instagram backdrop.

“Thank you for everything @ultimacollection ps more to come! also the @humansbeingtogether goody bag was the icing on the cake!” she wrote, referencing the last slide as she shared the contents of the bag with her fans.

Amongst the other guests who got to enjoy the lavish celebrations was former The Only Way is Essex star, Vas J Morgan, who took to his own Instagram account to post some snaps of the exclusive event.

“Being forever thankful for the blessings life has given me and thankful for the very special and incredible people I get to share it with is something I can definitely get behind,” he wrote, as the first pic showed him beaming beside the I Will Never Let You Down singer.

Vas also shared the pals enjoying a dip in the pool, followed by the guests all wearing the tracksuits they were gifted in the Humans Being gift bag.

Aside from the pool and the games room, the expensive chalet also boasted an incredible cosy all-wood aesthetic. From exposed wood ceilings and walls, plus gorgeous beams that presented as a common theme throughout, the interior was nothing short of luxury.

In fact, the birthday girl’s friends even commented on the decor, with a source telling The Sun that “a lot of Rita's friends are used to her celebrity lifestyle but they were all saying they had never known luxury like it.”
