Inside Stacey Solomons last minute wedding prep: new hair, DIY Greece-inspired pergola and dress

Stacey Solomon has been busy getting prepared for her upcoming wedding to Joe Swash, with the pair set to tie the knot at their stunning family home in Essex this weekend.

The Loose Women star, 32, and former EastEnders star Joe, 40, will marry in the sprawling garden at Pickle Cottage over the weekend surrounded by their loved ones.

Stacey, who recently showed off her dramatic hair transformation, has been documenting her wedding preparations on Instagram over recent days as she adds the finishing touches to the decorations.

She revealed that she still has so much to doo ahead of her and Joe's big day on her Instagram Stories, including making a "memory table".

"I have soooo much to do today. Meet the florist again for final decisions. Sit with Rabbi to go through everything before the sun goes down. Get my nails done. Make a memory table," the star told her followers.

The 32 year old has completely transformed her home with decorations for the wedding and after recently unveiling her incredible door display she's now shown off her freshly decorated pergola.

Stacey shared a video on her Instagram Stories as she showed off her “crazy, annoying self” helping her florist decorate her pergola with beautiful pink flowers.

She wrote: “A little Pergola Wedding glow up. When I went on my hen do to Greece I fell in love with the bougainvillaea and all of the white walls and beautiful surroundings.

“We want to have a family breakfast after the wedding under the pergola so, we decided to paint the pergola white and @emlouflowers found the most perfect pink flowers and we spent yesterday making our Greek wedding breakfast set up come true”.

Having added the final decorations to the garden, Stacey has also undergone a beauty transformation ready for her wedding.

The mum-of-four has dyed her hair a new colour for the nuptials and she described her new look as "very bright", saying the process had been "alright".

She's decided to ditch her signature red hair colour and go blonde, and explaining her decision she said she wanted to go back to the same colour she had when she was "little". Stacey is yet to unveil her new look completely as it appears she's keeping it a surprise for her wedding.

Elsewhere, Stacey has been getting her four children ready for their roles at her and Joe's wedding and she recently showed off her baby daughter Rose's adorable outfit.

Sharing a sweet snap on Instagram, Stacey revealed that she and Rose will be "matching" on the big day, with her daughter's dress having been made from the off cuts of her bridal gown.

"Rose's dress is being made from the off cuts of my dress So I wanted to make her some shoes to match mine. So I bought glittery bows from Etsy and stuck them on her baby shoes. Now we fully match," the Loose Women panelist emotionally told her followers.

A source has told how crafting queen Stacey wants to make sure her stamp is felt throughout the nuptials, and that she has been working all hours to achieve this.

The source told OK!: "Stacey is putting pressure on herself but she is loving putting everything together for this wedding that she can.

"It's a passion project for her as well as a wedding, but her friends are trying to remind her that she's only one person and she needs to lean on other people sometimes.

"She wants this wedding to be perfect for her and Joe but is trying to do all of the preparations on top of working and looking after the kids. She is very hands on and wants it all to go her way."
