James Byes family life away from Strictly Come Dancing – from kids to stunning wife Victoria
EastEnders star James Bye is taking to the dance floor on Strictly Come Dancing this year, alongside celebrities such as Helen Skelton, Will Mellor and Kym Marsh.
The actor, 38, who portrays Martin Fowler in the hit BBC One soap, was the 14th star to be announced in the star-studded line-up, and he called it an "honour" to have been asked to appear on the popular show.
There's no doubt all of James' EastEnders cast mates are cheering him on from Albert Square, alongside his loving wife Victoria and their three sons, Edward, eight, and Louis, six, and three year old Hugo.
Victoria was quick to congratulate her husband on social media after the announcement and shared a loving post wishing him good luck and saying she's "so so proud".
The mum-of-three has been in a relationship with James for over 15 years and the couple tied the knot 10 years ago in a stunning ceremony.
Victoria documents her and James' family life on Instagram on her personal account, @lifewiththebyes, where she continues to keep her 19,900 followers updated with everything from family holidays to relaxing days at home.
The family-of-five reside in Buckinghamshire in a gorgeous home, which boasts stylish decor and modern furnishings throughout.

Victoria and James welcomed their third son Hugo back in 2019, and they've not ruled out expanding their brood in the future, with the soap star saying that they would "never say never" to having more children.
After the arrival of his third child, James told OK!: "We’ve been blessed with three healthy children, so we count ourselves lucky, but never say never."
"We feel closer. With three children, if you’re not a team you’d have no chance," the doting dad-of-three also added.
The couple are extremely close to many of James' EastEnders co-stars too, including Lacey Turner, who portrays James' on-screen wife Stacey Slater, and Davood Ghadami, who previously played Kush Kazemi, who are three year old Hugo's godparents.
Victoria shared a loving message of support for her husband on social media ahead of his Strictly stint, saying: "I’ve called him a lot of things over the years… twinkle toes was never one of them… but I’m truly so so proud…
"He loves dancing around the kitchen with the boys, showing them his dad dancing. He can bust out a dodgy Macarena or a questionable moonwalk with the best of them… but I know the thought of doing it for real, wearing sequins, in front of judges – is terrifying the bejesus out of him – and me."
She continued, gushing: "It’s so far out of his comfort zone… and yet I know he’ll give it everything he has. Because that’s what he always does. He’s showing our little boys that even if something scares you – go get it. If you’re nervous, smile through it. And if you can’t do something, you keep trying until you can. Or if not, you at least give it a bloody good go.
"I can’t wait to see him on the stage, shaking his tail feather. Life with you never ceases to amaze me Mr B…," Victoria concluded her message, before telling James that will be cheering him on "as always".
